  1. Why wouldn't they? Voting against it will further piss off the English and be backed by the majority of their vote base. It's a no brainer for them. They hate everything foxhunting represents.
  2. Alaska off road warriors, another decent series. Been quite enjoying it.
  3. Had a play with one in the shop yesterday. Lovely precision machined bit of kit.
  4. They had 303 initially same as the old service rifles, later models had 2 x 20mm cannonsYeah was going say they progressively modified them as the years went on.. Do I recall correctly that the 20mm Canon variants were short lived for some reason? The firepower was preferable but some other reason meant there was drawbacks.
  5. They should have named the typhoon the spitfire. It's today's equivalent. Just didn't want to upset our German project partners.
  6. f**k me, I must be the only person in the country that doesn't have problems with their 17. Just shot half a dozen tonight with it, 200 yard head shot I was particularly pleased with. Nothing spectacular but I find it a bloody useful rifle to have sat on the passenger seat.
  7. Equatorial Guinea, Africa. PNG is Australasia.
  8. It's staggered me it's taken this long for the foreign office to change Tunisias status! I checked on their website last week and couldn't believe that exact resort and area was still classed as green (everything fine). My brother is off to Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt. The entire f***ing peninsular is red (only essential travel) with the resort the only green spot on the peninsular. f**k that!
  9. What a f***ing bizarre bunch they are. Likeable but bizarre! Dam right they are specially the one that likes to climb trees and chases fish in the rivers And then punches them to death!
  10. This might f**k you up. (7)The fifth condition is that (a)reasonable steps are taken for the purpose of ensuring that as soon as possible after being found or flushed out the wild mammal is shot dead by a competent person, and (b)in particular, each dog used in the stalking or flushing out is kept under sufficiently close control to ensure that it does not prevent or obstruct achievement of the objective in paragraph (a).
  11. LOL, so again, you can't prove it. f***ing hell I've got to start a list of the lunatics on here.
  12. "A person commits an offence if he hunts a wild mammal with a dog, unless his hunting is exempt." That's straight off the Governments website. So it IS entirely up to you to prove otherwise. Christ, what do you want... me to do it for you? You make no mention of any circumstances that would qualify for the necessary exemptions. So It's quite clearly an illegal act. While you're at it, point me at the mention of 'baiting' in the same piece of legislation.
  13. So that's a 'I don't know and can't prove it but gonna throw some insults at you". So back to the beginning... where am I wrong again? Are you one of these old coats that I'm to listen to?
  14. And I'm well aware of the exemptions. I use a few of them.
  15. Why are you talking about hounds and baiting? Your original question was lurchers and foxing. You're all over the place. Baiting isn't mentioned in the hunting act. Prove otherwise! I put up the legislation, knock yourself out. You haven't the foggiest about this legislation, your first post made that evident.
  16. Fox is a mammal, lurcher is a dog.... hunting mammals with dogs is illegal. It's not rocket science. Baiting doesn't even come into the hunting act.
  17. It doesn't... http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2004/37/section/1 A person commits an offence if he hunts a wild mammal with a dog, unless his hunting is exempt.
  18. This won't help anybody. Is there a single pack that goes out with only one couple now? They all go out with a full pack. It's bollocks, useless, opens the doors for more important loopholes to be closed and completely gives up on full repeal. It's a pro hunting move but a step in the wrong direction as it ends all hopes of repeal.
  19. Under that dirty proposal, they're still illegal.
  20. Now now, come on, be honest...... you missed didn't you! Built it up on here, couldn't come back and say "feck it I missed" so gave that old diamond "yeah, the bugger never showed up mate". Never used that one before.
  21. Before everyone gets excited, where has any of this been said? Any links?
  22. What a f***ing bizarre bunch they are. Likeable but bizarre!
  23. There's currently only one RN ship operating for this crisis and that's on humanitarian grounds, not border protection. http://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/news-and-latest-activity/news/2015/may/08/150508-bulwark-rescue What's really needed is a large dedicated multinational task force with frigates and patrol vessels for interception and patrol aircraft for detection. A network of patrol ships, their helicopters and patrol aircraft would actively search for likely vessels and act effectively as an extensive Mediterranean border force. Any vessels that aren't ship shape and legit would be orde
  24. My father in law was in the Royal Navy years ago, spent a lot of time on patrol boats out of Hong Kong.....the Chinese refugees used to try and get across and the Chinese navy would blast them, my father in law always says "these poor fuckers had nothing so we would blast the Chinese navy at every opportunity and try and save these people".........so there it is, it's in our nature to help folk but the fuckers we have here already have taken the piss. It's a conundrum, that's for sure. I think as soon as we start talking about sinking immigrant ships we lose all credibility in a debat
  25. That's why I put free in apostrophe's. The military the world over might learn from the same text books but they don't all have to play by the same rules. That's the difference. It's well publicised how legal framework has bogged our side down to the point of ineffectiveness. Recent Gov.'s seem to have taken the approach of "don't take bold action" to avoid this shit storm, instead they take the approach of knowing absolutely everything about the enemy, act in the shadows and only act boldly when an immediate threat presents. It's western principles taken to madness! Other countries, l
