  1. Why would Bob the pigeon shooter be carrying his 12 in the streets of Paris? LOL The right to carry comes with the responsibility to be tactically/situationaly aware. You're right, a lot of people aren't fit to own a dog. How many kids get killed by dogs a year? 20? Let's ban all private ownership of dogs. I guarantee that'll end that problem and save all the kids.
  2. The 2nd amendment is definitely a huge part of US culture. I don't consider it a problem mind. They have social problems that lead to the 2A being abused. I agree that it would make me uneasy any old scrote being able to buy and concealed carry a Glock (or even open carry an AR or AK!), they probably aren't carrying it with the same level of responsibility or respect that the 2A intends. Just like people having a say in our countries politics with little actual objective care for the details, just an opinion based on a torrent of emotional unfounded blathering. When a significant propo
  3. This at the same time French authorities are preparing their military for potential civil unrest in their immigrant areas. As well as missile terror attacks carried out by this growing enemy army...... Pretty f***ing soon, we will be facing a trained, experienced, equipped and finally and importantly organised enemy force, akin to the IRA. What the f**k is going on? Maybe the French could offer free holidays to American servicemen as an effective counter terrorism strategy?
  4. The risk is still there even with a complete firearms ban. Though obviously reduced as there are less guns available. Freedom isn't about being safe, it comes with good and bad. Nonetheless it is freedom and a right to bear arms and defend is a fundamental part of freedom and indeed democracy.
  5. There's about 250 million Americans and about 3 times as many guns.....if anything I would say they are doing well with guns. 89 guns per 100 citizens,8583 murders by gun in 2011,doing pretty dam well! ....so people stop committing murder and violent crime if you take their guns away?
  6. They've got to work hard now, they're competing with 2M Syrian immigrants! LOL Looked like you had a good time anyway.
  7. I'm not a particularly charitable person but I give a little to St Johns. Something about teaching kids first aid at schools seemed good to me. Charities are just businesses that benefit a cause rather than shareholders. Why should they have a second rate C-suite as a product of shit salaries? If the charity wants to operate optimally then it has to pay competitive salaries to it's staff. Knock the CEO's salary down to a basic living wage and see how well the charity does then! LOL Second rate salaries attract second rate staff..... not a good business model.
  8. AYA Yeomans seem quite reasonable 2nd hand side by sides. Be spot on for rough shooting.
  9. They had that option for Tabaco smokers and didn't go for it. It would be double standards to change that logic for cannabis. Maybe in time legislation would be eased, but initially.....
  10. I don't know f**k all about the 'smoking culture', however the first question that springs to mind regards these coffee shops is this; if smoking Tabaco is illegal in public places (i.e. coffee shops) then why would they allow it for marijuana? Or is this just my naivety of smoking?
  11. What's North Sea like at the minute Gaz? I expect the future for many is feeling a bit insecure in the current climate.
  12. You and me both matey! I'm determined to invent something and become a millionaire..... only one problem... One day, probably in my 80s, I'll figure out what I want to do with my life! LOL
  13. Mine was supplied with separate skeet and cylinder chokes. Cylinder marked with 5 notches, skeet just labelled as skeet (no notches). Nothing other than 1/4 and 1/2 get used. Though I'm half tempted to buy a 3/8 choke and run that with 3/4....
  14. Correct....:I really hope they gave the c**t a proper pasting. There have been 200'000 marines looking for some payback for their 4 dead brothers from the Chattanooga shooting last month. I dare say our friend in Paris helped a few of them with that.
  15. How the hell a similar type of attack hasn't happened here yet is amazing and probably testament to MI5. Anybody see the seized AKs and scorpions the other day? I wonder how many of those batches make it into the country? Here;http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11803329/Seven-charged-after-UKs-largest-ever-weapons-cache-seizure-in-Kent.html
  16. A Brit and a Yank targeted by AK wielding gunman. A group of US Marines flattened him! Well done those marines!
  17. No, you were saying that, to choose the current system over your 'true democracy' was brain washed. That's the crux of it, no? Banging on? I certainly supported them, but I was quite clear that I hadn't made my mind up in the run up to the election. There was a few folks stamping "VOTE UKIP" anywhere they could fit it, I'm fairly sure that I wasn't one of them. Feel free to prove otherwise. I certainly spoke in support of their politics though and generally still do. If you call that banging on about them, then right'o, it's neither here nor their in a debate about the democratic system.
  18. Truly brainwashed Your mistake is your assumption that you can see something that I can't. Do you really think that if only us poor deluded 'sheeple' could see your enlightened truth we would obviously follow the logical path of 'true democracy' to a democratic socialist utopia? Here's a curve ball for you, perhaps we are as aware of what is going on as you are, only we have come to different conclusions as to what is the best course of action... Correct me if i'm wrong BH?...............Isn't your answer to vote ukip?............and failing that you're happy with the bankers part

  20. It's my belief that to give the masses complete democratic power, (effectively referendums on ever law passed so as the majority always get what they want) would lead to complete and rapid deterioration of our country. The majority of people are not educated enough on political/economic/social issues or objective enough to be given that power. It'd be very dangerous, effectively making the entire electorate the government. We need politicians that can say "we know better than you lot and we're not afraid to do what's needed despite the social backlash"! Unfortunately with that level of pol
  21. Anthrax.... I hope you washed your hands before eating your sarnies.
  22. I'd buy a Disco 4 SE out of that list.
  23. Good bit of pro hunting/shooting publicity for the countryside! Maybe the BBC are finally listening to this significant minority.... LOL. Credit where it's due. With the glorious twelfth drawing the usual critics out in the media and simba getting whacked the other week, good publicity is very welcome to counter the gobshites in the anti lobby.
  24. Does anybody pay the slightest bit of attention these days to PETA? They're laughing stock! I inferred that the RSPCA only acknowledged it to keep up appearances. Those fuckers are utterly batshit crazy! Most right minded folks see that.
