  1. Mate you don't know the difference between a wasp nest and a swallows nest so don't get upset if I skip your take on it lol He's absolutely right in his first paragraph though. The only reason we look for liquid water etc when looking for life is because it was necessary for the generation of life on all of the life harbouring planets that we know of. Now that sounds quite conclusive until you realise it is based entirely on a single data point..... Earth! Not exactly conclusive science, lol.
  2. Like looking in the mirror!
  3. You may laugh but i do view you as a spock x sheldon cooper type a fella haha More like Spock cross some murderous b*****d. Hyper rational but spend most of my time thinking about how I'm going to bring about some critter's demise. LOL I want the big five of the alien world on my wall! I'm one lab accident away from becoming a supervillain!
  4. You've got it Scot! They've been sending me messages for years! I've been having to build photon torpedoes out of my own pocket because the likes of Dinoman have cut my funding!
  5. Arsewater! Thank f**k the people with the money have a bit more vision than that. "Who gives a f**k".... do you want a list?
  6. f**k me! That's where I left it!!!
  7. well hello sailor lol LOL, 43 Cdo fleet protection group Royal Marines might have been more favourable from a credibility perspective, LOL. Just the life in naval service strongly appeal to me, a life of adventure and working with some of the most phenomenal bits of hardware on Earth. Like I said, looking forward to seeing these ships in the flesh when they are kitted out with their F-35s.
  8. Got to admit, when I was in the US last week it was very apparent that CNN really have it in for him. That's the vice and virtue of freedom of the press mind you, the truth is out there if you want it.....
  9. Been looking forward to seeing her in the flesh when operational (2019 I think?) since the contract was first signed! The thought of crewing such a bit of kit makes a part of me wish I had signed up for the service from Uni tbh.
  10. A valid question I have heard is why is he still pursuing this 90 day travel ban, 90 days after it would have taken effect? It was supposed to be a temporary measure while implementing a more secure immigration system. Surely those measures should be implemented by now and the travel ban redundant? Is this now simply populism rather than practical-ism....
  11. I assume it's not a personal or health issue. Anyway I think it's good to keep off of this place for a while now and again.
  12. I'm at 32 already... It's not even 1100 yet. Las Vegas is going to be in the mid 40's next week. That's going to fun driving around wearing body armour! Yes but you are wearing body armour and a firearm. That's ice cool! LOL
  13. Bet you got ac though? I f***ing hope so. Sounds terrible mush. Mountains one side and the sea on the other.
  14. This is what I'm suffering with tomorrow! http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/4544349 Thirty f***ing eight!
  15. Fair enough, good point, but there's far too many sporting gun owners in high influential places......of course that doesn't take into account a labour goverment in labours current form, that could be worrying I suppose. But on the whole it's been working class Dogmen that been affected, establishment figures can still freely ride to hounds... Has it really affected 'working class dogmen'? Let's be perfectly honest, most would still have been prosecuted before 05, just under poaching laws! Is that really an unfair statement to make. I'm certainly not judging anyone just stating it as I
  16. IMO it's not a case of when and certainly not if, it's changing right now! Just because new legislation isn't being brought it doesn't mean we're not being further restricted. The Chief Constables and other bureaucrats have the freedom to do so without the need for an Act of Parliament.
  17. Yes, they're draconian relative to most other Western countries. And it wasn't just shotgun licensing that was mentioned, 'bullet guns' were too. Like I said, how would any of those suggestions have helped here? Any further restrictions on licensing seem reasonable to improve public safety when the current level of restrictions become the new normal. Just keep compromising until it's all gone. If the attitude is "any level of restriction in justifiable to prevent legally held guns being used or misused resulting in harm" then that only leads to one place, a complete ban on legal firear
  18. We've got some of the most draconian licensing laws and procedures in the world! None of the above would have done anything to help prevent what has happened here. Is it that draconian in the uk? To get a shotgun cert? I found it really easy..... Yes, they're draconian relative to most other Western countries. 23. The first part of his speech, the bit about liberalism, I agree with. Why we judge politicians on their personal views and not their political positions I have no idea. It's called being principled, but apparently we make every effort to expel anyone like that.

  25. Probably announcing that it's an option, loud enough so that everyone hears it. America doesn't have the stomach for the War On Fatty. A war on fatty would boost Trumps ratings.Look what the Falklands campaign did for Thatcher.Trump is a narcissist. I have convinced myself.LOLThere might well be an NK v America war. The big questions are would China support NK? Would fatty nuke Japan and South Korea? I agree that the China question would be the key in any action. As for striking US regional allies, defensive systems are being installed. I believe the japs have the american Aegis ballist
