  1. Interstellar was wank born mate! Ffs where do I start with the problems with the physics and maths in that film Please do because you're talking bollocks. Lol Time as a physical dimension to start with. Some c**t thinking they can signal across intergalactic space. Pushing books out of a bookshelf Feel free to dispel my statement at any time Does any of that break currently established laws of nature though? All sci-fi is based on a speculative premise, what makes it good sci-fi, other than the obvious need for theatrics, is being self consistent and not violating known na
  2. Life is far too short for this sort of f***ing drama. Best possible advice is to completely stop thinking about it. Stop giving the whole thing any sort of valued brain time. It ain't worth it and she ain't worth it if she fucks the other fella after a few drinks.
  3. Set up an account on photobucket.com, upload your photos to your account then on any photo you want to post click on 'links' and copy and paste the .img into your reply.

  5. Yes, very good. If it's any reflection on the truth then f**k me! I've also recently watched Miss Sloane which is about US lobbiests and gun control and last night I watched Arrival which is very similar to Interstellar. All very good.
  6. It was really good yeah. There's something about NYC that is ingrained in the culture of Westerners I think from film and TV etc. And the US has a lot of it's history there so I found that cool. I was on my own so not sure I had as much 'fun' as maybe I should of! LOL. Just did my thing and explored. Like Cabelas. Basically an outdoorsman's Mecca! A supermarket for hunting, shooting, fishing, trapping, bowhunting etc etc. They've got taxidermy scenes all over the store, herds of bison being chased by wolves etc, huge fish tanks set against a fake canyon with like 20lb Bass (I t
  7. Just a nuclear processing paper I co-authored at an oil industry conference. Difficult to explain. Sounds a lot more impressive than it was.any chance of read born? Or point me in the direction of where I might find it? It's gonna be well over my head lol but it sounds interesting I personally wouldn't mind mate but legally my employer is the 'owner' of the work and the society who ran the conference the owners of the "rights concerning reproduction, reuse, or resale of the paper". All that just makes me a bit cautious handing it out on a public forum. I hope you understand. You cou
  8. I just decided to walk everywhere and it's when you find little places like this and see stuff that makes it worthwhile over just taxiing between touristy places and completely missing such things.
  9. Dunno if upper class is quite the right description but I know what you mean. Sculls and taxidermy is in vogue at the moment among the sort of modern punk types. I'm thinking like the young Angelina Jolie. That punk, pagen, noir, culture that is around now. Seen some social media models that collect Sculls and weird stuff, sort of normalising what to most is a weird hobby! Lol.
  10. They were full hides as rugs mate. They didn't have a price but simply said "available to US citizens only". CITES maybe?I know you have to have CITES certification to export mountain lion pelts from Canada, and the states bans importation of polar bear hides.Possibly yeah, I'm not really familiar with it. I seem to recall that after the Cecil social media storm the US GOVERNMENT banned the importation of lion trophies. Something like that anyway. Maybe the ban was on imports and exports? Ps, bass pro was amazing! Very nearly bought a bow! Lol. Decided not to impulse buy though and find some

  12. Not sure, it was on the window display so hard to get close to. I assumed it was a black bear as the claws were too short to be a brown/grizzly I thought. You might be right though. The store had a mix of extinct and modern fauna. It was called evolution. https://theevolutionstore.com
  13. I wish it was the second one it would miles more fun than the truth LOL you joke but everyone at work that knows me says exactly the same!
  14. Yes mate, very good. Gave a presentation at a conference in OKC and then jumped over to NYC for a few days. Did all the sights and had a good mooch around. 911 memorial and museum, liberty and Ellis island, times square, empire state etc etc.Did Bass pro for the first time too in OKC. f***ing unreal! Maybe post some pics of that later. If you don't mind me asking what was your presentation about Just a nuclear processing paper I co-authored at an oil industry conference. Difficult to explain. Sounds a lot more impressive than it was.

  16. Too small to be real. The Smilodon scull was a life-size replica I think and was 450 USD.
  17. I was mooching around new York recently and found this little store on lower broadway. Thought you guys might enjoy...
  18. While we're on the topic, check out this lass nearly getting her noggin splattered by a fellow sniper in Syria. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/06/28/bullet-narrowly-misses-kurdish-female-sniper/?playlist=structure%3Anews Looks like she nearly f***ing scoped herself an all. LOL
  19. Can I just make it clear, that I'm not ginger..................... unlike Lab the ginger denier. My hair's jet black. And gingers aren't even nerds, they're just very angry not blonde blondes!
  20. Sheldon has been busy doing calculations and building quantum flux annihilators. I can't keep up with every piece of inconsequential gossip!
  21. The previous record was held by a Brit at 2,475m, with lots of Canadians and Americans in that ball park. Now this report has come out...... Some Canadian has gone and added an entire kilometre to that record! https://www.vox.com/world/2017/6/25/15863472/canada-sniper-record-two-miles-isis-iraq 3,540m, that's some distance!
  22. It's alright though, the government would rather we didn't own guns so have all sorts of legislative walls and bureaucratic hurdles to stop us having the freedom to buy too many guns. LOL
  23. Cz are sort of known for being the 'cheap' rimfire I guess with Howa known for being the cheap centrefire. Yeah, everything is f***ing expensive in comparison! I fitted an aftermarket stock to my Tikka, but I wouldn't say that to do so is typical and it cost me nearly 300 quid off eBay (so not even custom fitted to me). Plus you guys seem to pay considerably less than 10% sales tax right? In some states basically nothing right? We pay 20% on almost everything.
