  8. Nothing to strenuas today , just a few hours out on the estate , on the flat land. drove round the stubbles just doing the easy sets on the hedgrows today as i was alone , apart from Visa and Tara. the first set poduced 2 quik bolts. the next set was under a pylon, droped the longnet round, poped in the 3 ferts, and the action started. there was quite a bit of hole hoping, but in the end , they started going in the net. this warren produced 8. then carried on down a hedge bolting 2- 3's missed a few as well, but no digs today. makes a change packed up not long after dinne

  18. jesus you boys are excitable it was like watching the warrener ferreting , no more advise, its already been said . be happy with the dog catching rabbits and hares. perhaps you could try him on small roos or deer as well. all the best TOMO
  19. i saw it at the midland and thought it was huge, but then im used to the micro collar. in my opinion the smaller the collar the better for the ferret. the mk1 collar was not alot bigger than the mk1 micro , but it was still smaller. and that was a step in the right direction. but to me this is a step back. with all the technology we have today . remeber the ferret is only a small animal , and to us a few grams or an ounce in weight isnt a big deal, but to a jill ferret weighing inly 12 once its a huge diffrence.
  20. i tell ya what i think £6 for 10. feck me you dont want much i see oak hard wood pegs for sale at shows at £3 for 10 and think there expencive. hazel is free
