    Working on the door again,,,last night my feet were fecking freezing,,,not to mention aching from just standing for 5 hours on cold concrete .... Lads at work all swear by magnums,,but when I look on magnums site,,,there's dozens of types,,, Cobra ,,and Panther look just the job,,,looked on eBay and there around the £50 mark,,lot cheaper than magnums own site... Any advise or recommendations ?

    25 -26 inch good strong dog with good bone and strong feet,,fast but agile with it,,,and to quote Jim ,,,"bendy " breeds in the mix,,,,sal,and collie,,,ect,, You can't be far off with what you got Dave ,,,,that dog you had did the ton,,,,got to be hard to better that,,,

    Cheers mate,,,,, Question,,,,now I'm a fecker for not cleaning boots,,,by that I mean polish,,dubbing ect,,,,I do however get the hose pipe and squirt all the dirt off,,,,,, So do these boots need polish dubbing ect,,,,and if so what's the best product?,,,,cheers gents

    It's nice having them in the garden,,,,you would be surprised at yourself for not hunting them ,,I was fortunate to have a little warren at the top of mine bordering the horse field,,,,one summer morning i counted 13,,4 adults the rest young,,,it's great to watch them ,,,,I would often stand at the kitchen window,,looking through the air gun scope ,,just watching them

    Had a cracking day today up on the hils,,,I took my terrorist Ruby the border,,,and my 9 month old lurcher pup Bonnie ,,this is only Bonnie's second time ferreting,,,and she performed very well,,,from the first warren of the day,,,stood focused on top listening to the action underground... The second warren was to really show us what she was made of,,,we bolted 5 from here,,,with Bonnie missing two,,,wich you would expect with a novice,,,but she did catch 3,,,one of them litrely in mid air as it bolted out of a hole high on a bank,,,to see a compleat novice pick one out the air like that i

    On the lamp with two dogs,,,,one on a lead,,,the other walking at heel,, ready to run,,,then swap over after a few runs,,,ferreting take both dogs,,or just take one,,, There's no magic to any of it,,,if you leave one at home

    One bit of kit I like to have is a folding saw,,,not only can you cut branches and roots,,,,but it's also been used to drag dead rabbits out the ferret has killed,,,all you do is put it up the stop end,,and push in to the rabbits fur,,twist a few times and drag it out... Vin also likes to carry this little scoop thing,, for clearing the dirt out the bottom of the holes

    Don't bother,,,mine lasted 18 month,,,two big holes about 3 inch up from the heel,,this is on both boots
