its the olympic lifts that are the real concern for me.....its such a technical thing to lern... external ,,,internal rotation ect ...most box,s have specific days with a class just to lern ....but i bet there are some boxes where the instructor has just done some course...rather than years of experiance in olympic lifting

i do agree though rusty some of the deadlifting is terrible form,,,theres a vid with jason kalipa ,,,and the dude that runs crossfit deadlifting and the dude that runs it will end up in serriouse truble...

why are some of you getting paid after the work has been done?? walk in....do a survey ...explain what steps need undertaking for this problem...then the cost....then ask are they paying by cash or card.....

all them pet dog owners,,,, and on travel ch....life below zero kast night,,,,one of the mushers on there did 55 mile each way to pick a dog up ,,,camped overnight,,, no tent,,,just a fire and a few spruce boughs to lay on...

its an old joke.....but hes cocked it up telling it.... i was driving my car down a lane when a cat runs out......bang......i stop the car...get out look round and see an old tatty cat laid on the verge......i must do the right thing and pts...so u get out a wheel brace...and administer the coupe de grace.....at that point an old lady comes running out the cottage protesting ive killed her faithfull old moggy....i explain that it was the kindest thing......no she says hes been laying asleep on the verge all morning.....after inspecting the car i find a cat wedged in the grill...
