At the time the takin of foxes with dogs was legal whether you like it or not...the video you put up was way above the law and has been for way over 30 years.You cant compare that to a bunch of lads peforming vermin control within the law. Seen ity done a few times..owned a dog that did it fairly regular...the reason i know they were dead was because i checked...the old finger on the eyeball trick...i still do that with foxes now just to make sure...no one likes to leave a fox in the hedge bottom without knowing one way or the other if its dead or not....just imagine a 90 to 100lb dog hitting you in the ribs at 35mph...think you,d be in hospital with at least a few broken ribs..or maybe worse..atb stabba

Agreed...prey drive and recall are 2 separate issues....got a bitch here with exceptional drive but her recall is usually spot on....sometimes refuses to come straight back though if she,s really close to her quarry when out of the beam.....which also sometimes contributes to the quarry being caught out of the beam...so its a little foible i can put up with..atb stabba

If folk are honest then they,ll tell you that not every dog they breed make the grade....not saying the ones they keep back dont work but odds on 1 or 2 from the litter wont reach their expectations..atb stabba -

You can get electric mills for us but with the longer belt...mates have got em and they then just board the sides up...seem to work a treat at a fraction of the cost of specially designed dog mills..atb stabba
