Imo at the age of 5 a dog is in the prime of its life.....usually start to fade a bit from roughly 7 onwards...but all dogs are different ..im just going on my own experiences with dogs..atb stabba

If memory serves blue was a 3/8 5/8. lump of a dog...gedgie got him at the arse end of the dogs carrer and just used the dog at stud to anything and everything. Blue was bred in barnsley and saw a hell of a lot of work before gedgie got it. If you,ve got or can get access to darcy,s extreme lurcher work theres a piccy of said dog in there.

Its a sad but true fact that 90% of motor poachers wouldnt know how to put game in front of a dog by walking...the vast majority are in it purely for the "fcuk you" factor towards the police and land owners..just watch the headlines to see how many get caught in motors v those on foot ...atb stabba

The topic here is poaching....believe me i know what damage a 4x4 can do to crops coz i used to do it meself many moons ago..nowadays im content to just have a mooch and leave the land as i found it....on permission might i add....gone are the days where most farmers are approachable with a running dog in tow......police are on the ball now and i cant for the life of me see why poachers in 4x4,s can moan when they have been rumbled..atb stabba

28 can be a bit too big at times mate but its a good hight for the larger quarry Personally i wouldnt own a dog that big...but sometimes in certain situations i wish i did

Just re wire it mate..pound to a penny it works then...the wiring is flimsy and prone to break..you,ll not see or feel the break so re wiring is the way to go..atb stabba
