    Aaagghh...pups and adult dogs eh...some adults take well to being pestered by youngsters and some go absoloutley beserk....always and i mean always supervise any mixing of the 2 coz odds on you,ll end up with a death like you,ve just experienced..a costly lesson but one i hope you will learn from..atb stabba

    Ive had foxes pop veins/arteries in the dogs before...not a pretty sight blood spraying everywhere but they have had the correct treatment at the time so no ill effects...i think the most likely cause of a death in a foxing dog would be infection..ie sceptacemia and such like....know of a few guys who have lost good terriers to truly wicked foxes below ground but thankfully these instances are very few and far between..hope this has answered your question lad..atb stabba
