  1. If a dog or hound is marking raynard , most terriers will go too it , finding a fox in an earth avoiding anything else takes a fox only dog , which ain't easy too find the right balance, there worth there wait in gold and I can't see any dog like that being freely available
  2. normal behavour really , you need too sort the dog out as it grows you dictate , it will soon learn the hand what feeds it and all that , as for your kids that's your decision , too me it would depend how malicious the dogs reaction was , pups are learning and its a natural re- action too any pack member too protect there food , learn from it , sort it yourself and then you will earn the dogs trust and go on from there , you cant 100 % trust any dog , that's a fact , trust is built on a bond between its master , dogs are my world and you have too make decisions very carefully and thoughtfull

  7. I live for the sport and would be a bit gutted killing 9 on me own permission , but without knowing the area covered I cant criticize , also if its all on shoots then I know keepers wont let you take them away { aswell as being illegal} and wants them shot there and then ,......this time of the year when keepers are busy the foxes are moving inn picking up the days free bees without nothing to worry about as this time of year , the pest controller is slack , a lot of them counting there tips lol,......and not wanting too disturb too much , but the cameras tell us there are plenty moved back in
  8. all very well but for future reference , you cant kill whats not there .......mate found three in one earth today on shoot , so 9 really wouldn't surprise me as they been pairing up for a while now....
  9. if that fox is 22 lbs and if the head is ok I would taxidermy , you most likely will never see one that size again . had the biggest fox ive ever seen this season , should of weighed it , I don't reckon he was far from 20 lbs , if I could of seen how big it was would of let it run , shame really if it was on shoot would of had too kill it , like too see strong uns too add too healthy stock
  10. if im honest I think a dogs third year of its life is its first proper season , there is only so much you can show a first season dog imo...
