belter!
-
testing out the radar system, one antenna seems to be wonky quick drink before starting getting stuck into the dummy fetch from 30 or so yards retrieving to hand needs a bit of work looks the part but still daft as a f*cking brush

jesus christ wouldn't want to meet that little lady on a dark night. She'd have me sleeping in the kennel while she lived in the house eating steak every night, "yes girl whatever you want" (back away slowly with pathetic nervous smile)
-
not usually a fan of the bull x to look at, but that is a stunner
-
Mum looks in great shape, you won't be going wrong if your pup ends up like her

took my 8 month old pup for a 20 minute run beside me the other day, first time i'd had her trotting for an extended period of time and she was absolutely knackered after that. I wouldn't fancy doing anymore than that, don't think mine will be doing 6 miles for a few months yet, although i do reckon slow steady miles will be of benefit down the line like you say; to condition ligaments/tendons and build up a decent aerobic capacity. I'm just happy to let mine act like a daft pup for a while yet though, plenty of time to develop her conditioning in the future

thanks mate, god knows with the colour but i think she's a looker so that's all that matters i suppose, i'm so tight our fire hasn't even been on yet, she'd probably prefer it at your house cheers mate, appreciated. If she ends up in as good nick as your dogs i'll be more than happy. thanks mate, i've learnt a lot about nutrition reading your posts, i'd hope she was looking well after the amount of top grub i've been feeding her!

got the dates wrong last time, she's just 8 months now, 21kg and just about touching 25 tts

i've only had a couple of beddy whippets when i was a kid and a wheaton x, but like a few have said, collie/grey x deer/grey is by far the easiest and most laid back dog i've been around. My 8 month old bitch is completely chilled out (she lives indoors), great with people, kids, other dogs, a lot more switched on when we're out and about but she's genuinely the easiest dog i've been around

Dog looks a real powerful unit, how old and what height and weight mate?
-
Cheers Casso, that all makes sense. Unsure what I can do to make her time on lead as exciting as jumping around with another dog, unless I start bouncing around like a head case too! Hopefully it's just a phase anyway, she comes alive off lead so if we keep hammering away with the recall she can spend less time on it in the future

Honestly can't believe how low some of these pieces of shit can stoop. I was in a rough part of Leeds other day getting some work on my car, my missus was walking the dog in a street near by waiting for me and she came running back saying a bloke had followed her, staring at the dog then made a grab for the lead when she walked past. Got a couple of lads who come in my boxing gym who've had dogs taken in last few months too, proper sad to see tough, grown men nearly in tears because of something like that. Hope the lad gets them back mate

7.5 months, 24tts, haven't weighed her in a while. Hard to get decent pictures because as soon as she's off lead she's off running like a maniac. Recall getting there, but she's just still so focused on playing with any other dogs that she goes deaf very quickly when there's something more interesting going on. She also does this weird thing, as soon as she see's another dog coming towards her, even if its 20/30 yards away, she's down lying on her belly, and will refuse to move until the dog is right next to her, then she'll jump and pounce on them waiting to play. Was funny the fi

Great mate cheers for asking! Will try and update that thread with some new pictures this weekend. Some cracking dogs in this thread, all of Keeps dogs look awesome -
Must have his head screwed on for 5 months, my bitch is 7 months and I'm scared she'll come a cropper every time she's off lead cause her legs are still all over the the place when she runs, I spend my time scanning fields making sure she doesn't see any game when I'm out! Very strong looking pup mate

quality mate, well done Lady

Great choice, Clutch are a proper band, flawless back catalogue, awesome live too

Saw this today, yep that's Wilder doing a funny dance when he gets hit with a ridiculously sharp counter right hand from Haye. His head movement looks great there, so explosive, hope Fury has a nice Xmas cause on that form poor old Tyson gets decapitated in February...

That dog must have insane athleticism and conditioning to run at that pace for so long. The human equivalent would be a 200m sprinter going more or less full tilt for 4 mins +, or a boxer chasing down an opponent and putting every ounce of will and power into every punch, looking for the knockout., for almost 2 consecutive rounds. Hard to put into context how impressive these dogs are when they're in that kind of nick

Deer/grey x collie/grey obviously
-
Crazy, that could have been nasty. I'm struggling with my pup around roads at the minute, anything that moves and catches her eye, mainly a leaf or bit of rubbish that's blown in the wind, she's on to it 100 miles an hour like her life depended on catching it, lead nearly slipped out my hand a couple of times and she'd have been straight under the wheels of fast traffic. Then i see other other dogs trotting song the pavement good as gold not even on a lead, just don't understand how mine will grow to perceive traffic as dangerous, will it take her getting shunted up the backside by a V

Took the pup out for a stroll this morning, thought i'd let her have a paddle in a shallow bit of the river and get a nice little vid of her messing about to show the wife, big mistake, she legged it full pelt directly into the middle, next thing i knew she was caught in the current and being washed down stream, struggling to keep her head above water. Instinct took over, didn't really have time to think, chucked my phone and ran after her, only just managed to grab her i was up to my armpits and close to being carried off by the current myself. Got her back to the bank, she was a bit shoo
