  1. my mate got bull/grey x bull/grey x wheaton/grey very game on all quarry and fast enough
  2. i think you should know your own dogs best running weight if you work it regular enough running weight is a very important thing especially for a coursing dog
  3. Too many people say lucas is a top animal for him not to be and bulldozers record imo makes him the top match dog on the fen land at the present time. There could be better dogs out there but credit is deserved as the dog puts his name on the line everytime he is matched and if people had a better dog surely this would be a big scalp to take im sure he has beaten many top dogs already 2 exceptional animals
  4. i run enough hares to know what you mean but im starting not to give the dog credit and saying it was a shit hare example last week i ran 4 hares the 1st 1 was ran for about 1 min when he picked it up and dropped it it went on another 1min and escaped into cover 2nd about 30 secs dead third about 40 dead and the 4th about 2 min again dead so i said 2nd and 3rd were shit hares 4th a good 1 so does this mean the 1st was the best hare even though he dropped it early i think we have to just give the dog credit the fittest fastest smartest hare can still die early with a smart dog behind it
  5. But what if it doesn't, long walk back to the motor when they gota carry it off the field lol[/quote. Plenty fast dogs with proper striking ability that can stay on a bit I've got 1 in the kennel But what if it doesn't, long walk back to the motor when they gota carry it off the field lol[/quote. 6. These dogs can pressure a hare and with a good mouth can kill what some people would maybe call a good hare early
  7. normally the hare gets a decent start cause places i run the hares know what your their for so dont sit tight but i do slip on kick ups too especially the now cause the hares are flying and some land aint big enough to give them a start but if i can push 1 round and make it head for open land i will then slip
  8. you know what im getting at daytimes where its at i wonder if there were no lamps how many would keep the same dogs just a thought
  9. its as close as youll get lol Guy int pub says you should get out more, if its total eradication of your mighty Mohammed hare that was the aim, they get run in deep snow and long grass nobody talking about pest control or eradication you asked why 1 daytime when you can get 20 on lamp all i said was your 20 on the lamp is not as big a test as your 1 daytime so thats why for me! im out more than you i reckon cause your always sucking off the guy from the pub
  10. its like knocking a man out when he's not looking Guy downt pub said be away with you, it may be like punching a dwarf, but lil.fukcer was sure looking dont get credit for punching dwarfs round here looking or not and lets be honest the poor fker cant even run from you properly if he tried Hey dwarfs can be evil little shits, and they still people, do you let rabbit, roe and fox get stripped down to running weight and looking before running them? They all.pests and need controlled, farmer ain't gonna listen to, let them get fit mate. Give them sporting chance lol i run to test my
