  1. you can only kill them once you can literally clean an area out if done correctly not that im saying you have done so other than that you may have had a poacher lamping the area or you may have been hit by the rabbit virus this usually killsa high % and takes a while for the numbers to move back in hope you find out the cause

  3. well ratcherman and myself went for a shine as the winds have been strong we were just waiting on the moon going back and last night was the only oppertunity ratcher had so off we went . we took flyte my deerhound x grey hound and typp my 1st xcollie greyhound dog we found ourselves arriving at 7.30pm and were greeted by a strong wind carrying drizzle in it the kind of weather that gets you wet everywhere we had some good sport with some really impressive catches from some long slips we found a cock phesant sitting out on a field which was quickly picked up by the bitch which made ratch

  7. well ratcherman called we took a quick decision to give the dogs a stretch just a quick run on a few rabbits. ratcher was short on ferret food we knew very little would be out tonight with this big full moon throwing a silvery light on the fields that were still soaked with water still lying in places but needs must ratcher was running flyte my bitch and i had typp we walked across fields that normally hold good numbers but due to the conditions nothing how many times you say to yourself thats it im never going out in a moon again only to have a couple of good runs the adrenaline

  20. we covered every bit of cover in that wood and no sign at all the terrier was showing interest along the river bank and at one point was actually in the water next to an old tree we couldnt see any blood sign but judging by the dogs actions some thing had been there as he wouldnt leave the spot so we presume it had gone into the river at least we gave it our best effort no one can fault us for that i know when we got home i was a bit shattered climbing around like a mountain goat you know foxy im getting on a bit now so please in future one shot one kill
