I would give the owner of the hob at least a tenner or maybe a few rabbits if you're short of cash. If you leave on good standing then you can always ask the person for the favour again. Round here the minimum to get a hob done is quid Shepp -

We need a complete re-think of our government and how the country is run. We should loose half of the 600 odd MPs, then three quarters of the local councilors. We need a written constition. Get rid of the House of Lords because they are either there by birth or by which party in government they bunged a good wedge of money too, and the new one with labour because they are from an ethnic background so it looks all lovely and pc. Publish MPs expenses monthly. Well that's for starters.

As painful as it may have been without the reforms Thatcher carried out, the unions which had brought the country to it's knees would have left us as a third world county. She is the only leader in modern times to actually have the balls to carry through what she planned and she had more love and patriotism for Britain in her little finger than the whole of these snivilling, muslie munching, champaign socialist Labour MP's put together. Do you have to be white to be English then? yes, of course you do. In that case there is probably around 3 million English people living in England and half of them probably have a non white partner or child. A few more generations and there will probably be no "english" in England. I think Its a ridiculous statement to say you have to be white to be english! a bit racist too. I wonder if there is a way that the police can be shamed into doing something in these situations. If a mob was to turn up where they were sure the thieves were,then told the police there intentions, maybe called the local paper. Then maybe the police would look so inept that they would be forced to do something. Could we organise some kind of contact organisation to get bodies together. I think people should sell pups from a friends house when adverts are answered, just not worth risking someone casing your kennels. Shepp

How about shooting on pockets of land with footpaths all over like round here. My mate just bought a 12ft/lbs pre-charged because he had trouble finding use for his rim fire in this area.
