  5. I have a mate that has a glass back and a big gut and cant handle doing the laces up on a good pair of high boots, at last years Midland show there was a few pairs of boots on the stalls that have a nylon lace with a disc tightner a lot like the old puma trainers and was wantint to know any info on what make they are and are they any good, cheers webby
  6. I can come up next weekend with a van full of lurchers and terriers as its school hols and time to get the caravan out and go somewhere, if you have the spots we can clear 4,5,6 litters in the sat and sun
  7. cheers chaps, 1 I can handle but 3 of the little terrors hanging on to my ankle's is a bit much now, I have a few other pics for anyone interested, just a note for anyone that the chunky one is the largest out of the litter and if I had a spare run the other would be going nowhere but I can only stick with the smallest bitch.
  8. sire is worked with a Cumbrian fell pack as well as for personal jobs as it is owned by a lad that whips in for the pack, smooth black terrier (Mark Hall lines from Cumbria/Lancashire) Dam is bred out of old Bill Brightmoor lines by one of the terriermen for my local fell pack and has seen a fair bit of work (baying and mixing type) broken coated. located south Cumbria 2x dog pups available, 1 is a nice chunky thing and the other is making out to be a right foxy size of a terrier. legally docked and dew clawed with vet certs and micro chipped. 10 weeks old £150 07766544120
  9. You need some fucithalmic suspension from the vets. keep a check that the pupil is reacting to light, a low powered pocket torch is best to check (shine in eye and pupil should get smaller) the eye essencially goes in to shock and the pupil stops adjusting which controls the amount of light that hits the iris. Best bet is to have a uv dye check done at the vets
  10. I don't have one to get rid of but inbox me with your phone number
  11. just posted this in a different topic and although not altberg its worth bearing in mind. Just a note for everone with the diotto boots although they are fantastic and the ankle support is quite possibly the best out there, the small oval section atthe rear of the boot which acts as a flexi is leather and very thin at that and must be treated or it will crack and split and the boots are then useless. this has just happened to me after exactly 12 months of owning them. I decided to take the meindl douvre gtx option and after 1 week i do not believe they are worth the money but at least you can get a good leather treatment in to the leather . Maybe its just my feet and the fact my foot is wide which suits the meindl but my ankle is not and to get any ankle support i have to lace the boot up really tight to the point wher it is uncomfortable and cutting off circulation in my leg. just writing this makes me want to put the diotto boots back on even though one now lets water in.
