  1. I reckon if someone had the gonads to send one to a chinese electronics firm and ask them to make a couple of hundred then it could well lead to a profitable business. I bet they could knock up something similar for £20.
  2. Brown sussex cocks are also that colour. http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGP/Sussex/BRKSussex.html

    army surplus

Army combats are the best, trouble is they are so comfortable you don't want to wear anything else.
  4. If I were you if you choose the HW100, get the thumb hole stock. I think it feels much better on a gun of that weight. I bought the sporter stock because of the look of it but will buy a thumb hole stock when i see one for sale. Shepp
  5. Shit that must of been the most terrifying sight of your life mate. Glad all are fine.
  6. I would say you will need at least 2 cubic metres to keep one fire going for the winter.
  7. Two pallets next to each other, fix some upright 2" x 1" either end, then 2" x 1" across the top linking the uprights, like a frame. Have maybe 4 of these sloping backwards and sheet the top to keep the rain off. You can easily make this about 4ft high and you will be surprised how much wood you can stack on here. Good luck Shepp Edited to say one pallet will do 1 cubic meter but while your at it might as well do two.
  8. I've tried meat only and it makes her worse, pasta along with any other cerial is bad. On raw chicken and rice she is about % Any red meat and she overheats and itches all over. I will give her fish and veg for a month, see how she goes, then try giver her other stuff and she how she reacts. Got some mixed veg tablets from Dorwest Herbs and that has helped, along with garlic in her food.

  10. I will stick with it, it looks pretty good quality I must admit. Thanks for the advice.
  11. I wonder where I can get cheap fish from? I have heard this stuff is very good although I would rather feed what i prepare first. http://www.fish4dogs.com/Products/Working-...n-Complete.aspx
  12. Your giant ferret will love it!
  13. Sorry to hear that mate, really makes you wonder about human nature. I don't think it would happen round my way, well i like to think not. I know I sound like an old fart but national service is the only way we can turn these scum bags around. Shepp
  14. I have a Bushnell 3-9 x 40 scope which has plain cross hairs on my hw100sk 177. I wondered if it is much more of an advantage for judging trajectory if the cross hairs have mil dots and do illuminated scopes benefit dusk shooting or are they just for lamping? If I were to change what would be a good replacement? Cheers Shepp
  15. Just I want to cut out all cerial to see how my beddys allergy problems get on. Cheers, Shepp
  16. Most of it was shit, 70's was far better.
  17. To say other dogs don't use force to put another in it's place is fantasy. I have seen dogs pin down pups and bark in there faces when the pup has not shown what they consider to be deserved respect. Another thing is although I am gentle with my dogs I do get concerned that people may adopt a condacending so called liberal approach to what they perceive as the less progressive old methods of training. We have been living in a country that has adopted these softly softly approaches to discipline with our criminals and youth for the last 12 years and look at the mess we are in now. So t
  18. Tell me about it, certainly a one-off breed of terrier.
  19. I have met many people who boast about never raising a hand to there dogs which is a fair comment and is very commendable, as long as they have well trained obedient dogs. Then again when I see their dog is a lumbering out of control menace then it's not such a big boast! Shepp
  20. Allergies to food or anything else can effect any one dog and not the others, just one of those things.
  21. Depends on the dog in question, my collie grey would never forgive me if i scruffed her
  22. Mine get Go Cat dry kitten food 40% protein (which worked out half the price of ferret food)and meat most days, looking fine on it.
  23. My beddy has had such problems, after much research i found it could be - Diet, especially the grain in dried food can cause a reaction or maybe too much protein. If indoors shake n vac can cause problems. Could be a grass allergy. One thing i would say is don't bother with the vets they will just stitch you up and you will be no wiser of the problem, it's all about trial and error to find what's wrong. For now use the rock sulphur in the water and 1/2 a piriton tablet in the morning and 1/2 at night. Try feeding raw chicken and well boiled rice 60/40 You could also give these
  24. You'll be busy mate, if it's over one year. Good luck.
