    I am not really a big one for the compensation band waggon, it's one of the things thats rotting our country from the inside. I'd probably ask for a tenner gift voucher as well as cost of prawns to compensate for hastle of going back up there.

    Well labour have left us in financial ruin on both other occasions they were in power since the war so I suppose we should not be too surprised it has happened again. All they have done is throw money at immigrants and the underclass to buy there votes, they have also increased public sector workers by almost 1 million, again buying labour voters with our money. Worst government we've ever had.

    Oh great he kills his dogs through stupidity then is off work with pay due to stress. Then as we all expect the whole sorry matter will be swept under the carpet. Do you sometimes feel as if public opinion means nothing anymore and we all have our lives run by a small left wing elite. With the shit we have had to swallow in recent years, we should be marching in London on a weekly basis or even conducting complete civil disobedience.

    I get a bit fed up with this macho snobbery about not being able to call a terrier a workin dog if you use it for bushing rabbits. Bedlingtons are made for the job, with excellent noses and pace enough for the odd catch between bushes and if you want a dog also to do a bit of ratting then a bedlington is more useful than a spaniel. I think bedlingtons are great little all rounders so if bushing is what you enjoy and your dog works doing that then so be it, it's working. Nobody says a word when you say a lurcher is working when it's just used for rabbits!

    Who used the term 'bitch' as a derogatory term then, I can't find it? I can only see 'bitch' used in the correct way and that is using it to describe a femail dog.

    I think views are changing among the more rational urban public, i think it is due to the realisation that them who forced the ban are socially inept and basically just people haters who strive to find a cause to make them feel marally superior to the rest of us. I would say the great unwashed will make less noise if the ban is overturned than people realise due to them now jumping on the climate change band wagon and glueing themselves to the RBS windows. What a bunch of prats.

    I know it is contraversal and I am no woman hater, in fact I would'nt shag anything else. But in the dog world, women have a very large influence on show dogs and so can carry more than than there fair share of the blame for f**k.ing up many useful breeds. I think if they get hold of working types they will baby them, breed them for looks only and drag them down to the the level of already ruined breeds.     Most important thing is to keep the ear hole plucked and clean. I wipe my beddys ears out with Cleanaural once a week and I also find garlic in the food helps. You can use dried garlic powder or half a clove a day and I am sure this really helps with minor infections, I also hear it helps to keep fleas away. Shepp

    I love those little dogs, if i could think up a decent excuse i'd have one tomorrow. Defenately one for my dogs to have in my life list.

    I just wondered what you guys would recommend to give my HW100 stock a bit or a spruce up. I want it to be a bit less matt but not glossy and i would'nt mind it being a little darker. Cheers Shepp

    I had a real nice one, leather with a wooden handle. Much better than the rope or strap, i'll buy onother myself when i come across another decent one.
