    Spain isn't that bad but.... the water here in Catalunya is terrible. It's full of minerals and tastes like a swimming pool. I buy my water in bottles! I must go through 3 shower heads a year. I have to descale every week and it still builds up ?

    We got lucky in Blighty for sure. Back in them days when the systems were being built, Europe wasn't what it is now. The Latin and Med countries really did a poor job, it'll do basically.

    You find a lot of bars, takeaways etc here are missing toilet seats for that very reason Filthy! tbh I will walk out of anywhere with dirty shitters ? It is one of those things though. In Blighty we are lucky to have proper sewerage and plumbing. Who remembers the old French squat shitters? ? I've seen showers here in peoples gaffs that are over the toilet... basically a shitter wet room, the size of a large shower cubicle.

    Barcelona can stink to high heaven in the summer ? As I said it's usually in the old and low lying areas that have issues. Also in the more rustic areas too

    It's to do with the pipes and preventing blockages. Not everywhere but a lot of old buildings in Barceloneta for example have very old plumbing that just can't cope with a handful of bogroll covered in shit ?

    Never caught one. Yep, they are very intelligent, I'd say more than a dog. I've had them come up to within a few metres of my hammock, in the middle of the night. The dog was going fuucking mental, luckily I'd put a lead on him (which I never usually do in the mountains) and attached it to the guy line. The boar stood there for what seemed an eternity, chomping and gnashing, basically putting the fear of God in me and pissing the dog off lol.     I had no idea how a boar are first time I went out. We were all told they're sneaky b*****ds and they'll pass by within inches etc and nope. I thought (and so did we all) knew better. We blanked those days and it was a bit of a slap.. Second time I went out (same land), I was at a peg with a rifle... I had a boar fly past me before I could fart. It wasn't huge but it was big enough for me to question how the fuuck I hadn't heard it coming. A crash in the brush and past me like a bat out of hell.... I missed ?? all this with 30 dogs on it's tail. Boar are like terriers.. smart, spiteful cnut

    Best workers I had were two rescued ex-pet ferrets. Two hobs, Steve and Ike. They would never leave a warren if anything was still at home, never bit and always well behaved. Both were nearly a kilo. Best jill I had was out of Steve but she was a nasty fuucker when working. Went out up Pendle with Lurcherlass and the kids for a mooch about 10 years ago. I ended up with more bites than the rabbits, hands torn to shit because she wouldn't leave the warren ? Not so much skulking, more too fired up.     2-3€ per kilo here, 3 kgs for a tenner or less (Euros). The Mrs won't eat it (too much fat), more for the dickhead and me I say ? I always come out of the butchers with a bag of scraps too. To say they're Muslim, they bloody love my dog and make sure he gets his treats. Hard to pass the shop and not get called back and a slab of beef fat etc thrown out the door for him ?

    I buy about 3kg of the bottom of the breast (pecho de cordero) every week for the dog. Plenty of fat, meat and a bit of bone.. I always fry a bit off for me, with mint and eat it as a snack

    Heart in your mouth always with working bred dogs, especially terriers and fast dogs. I'd hazard I've nearly had a dead dog 8-9 times over the last 12 years. I guess I've just been lucky. This dickhead has smashed into things, nearly ran off a cliff etc. Tbh I'm not even sure how he's still walking around sometimes, he has more scars than an Indonesian adulterer ?
