I'm pretty sure that sub saharan Africans are the only human race without Neanderthal DNA in their genome from original interbreeding with Neanderthals (30,000+ years ago). They carry it because of breeding with European and middle eastern populations, around 6-10,000 years ago, until present day. Every human from non sub Saharan populations, carry a minimum of 2% Neanderthal DNA, Africans much less (around 1%) and the further south in Africa you go, the % becomes less and less, until non existent.
