  1. It will be either a 393 (LR48) or 357 (LR44) depending on what collar you have. 8ft ferret takes 1 x 357. 8ft micro ferret takes 1 x 393. 15ft ferret takes 2 x 393. 15ft terrier takes 2 x 357.

    paypall

Get in touch with paypal and tell them you sent the gift to the wrong email address. Probably won't work but worth a try. Like others have said no cover for firearms and don't think you get any cover if it's a gift. Normal paypal purchases you get 45 days to query them.
  3. I would email the guy and tell him if they are not collected within say a week you will refund his money and sell them elsewhere. To play ultra safe why not make an official request via EBay to cancel the transaction. If he doesn't reply within a set time frame then you have no legal obligation to sell to him.
  4. Is it a 15ft terrier collar that takes two LR44 batteries? Have never seen anyone selling these so had a mate make me a couple. They are a little oversized but do the job.
  5. There are a few dvds around. Are you after shotgun, air rifle or rifle ones? Some of the best air rifle ones are Carter's Country Classics. Field Sports Frenzy with Fred Carter Full Power Field Sports With Fred Carter Spring Power Pest Control with Fred Carter For shotgun the only one I know is Shooting Rabbits (In Essex). A few others have a few minutes of shotgun shooting in them.
  6. In the ideal world it would. Unfortunately all Sporting Scene dvds have a copyright warning on the back that means you need written permission from the copyright holder to sell the original on. Obviously they are not going to give it. Discovered this a few years back when my listing got pulled from EBay. I emailed Sporting Scene to find out why as I was selling an original dvd and not a copy. Didn't think I was doing anything wrong at the time and had nothing to hide. Got a polite but stern reply from them telling me not to do it again.
  7. Move him further away from the jills. My hob is going berserk when in the shed with the girls. As soon as I put him outside in the run he goes to sleep. Been doing it for at least the last month.
  8. £60 just for the box is steep but I have sold an odd one at that price. If you play a waiting game you should pick one up for between £40 and £50 depending how quickly you want it.
  9. Catapult Crazy is a complete waste of money. In my opinion it is the worst one he has produced in recent years. The Foxes Worst Nightmare is as good as any of the foxing ones he has made. Debatable whether it's worth £26.50 for 2 hours viewing. I would take a look at http://www.sporting-videos.com/sporting-videos/ they have a selection of fieldsport dvds at far more reasonable prices.
  10. Worth the watch. A little dated.
  11. 15ft collars take 2 batteries. 8ft collars take a single battery. If it takes 2 x 393 batteries then its a ferret collar otherwise if it needs 2 x 357 batteries it's for a terrier.
  12. Mk1 8' collar will take a single 357 battery which will last at least 3 months if left on continously.
  13. A Mk2 collar will take 2 type 393 batteries side by side with the top sliding on.
  14. Sorted. Thread can be deleted.
  15. I will have them if noone else has already taken them. Can send money via paypal if you let me know your email address.
  16. I'm after a couple of warrener dvds Catapult Crazy The Foxes Worst Nightmare
  17. All Mk1 kit is interchangable so yes an 8ft box will pick up a 15ft collar. You just have to double the distance it is telling you or put an 8ft sticker on the box.
  18. I'm bias as I'm one of the people selling the batteries. Just check the mAh rating of the battery. The higher the better.
  19. Will start the ball rolling. £20 inclusive of postage. Can pay via paypal.
  20. Do you mean the black plastic thumb wheel or the potentiometer that sits under the wheel?
  21. 457 MHz the same as avalanche finders. A useful page about the ferret finder http://www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk/showthread.php?206585-Electronics-Engineers Anyone know where I could get the 4K7 ohm switched potentiometer from that sits under the thumbwheel?
