it all depends on what type of aggression the dog has .. fear aggresion, dominance, dog, human, ??? to treat and try and cure aggresion the root cause has to be determined, pm me her e mail address and i will see if i can help, but its very difficult to diagnose and treat unless you can actually see the dog and its behavioure ........

well i will be giving my missus a hand carved love spoon that i have been making for her accompanied by a red rose .... then we will be going out to watch wales and england in the 6 nations and then off out for a meal after that ....... she puts up with my dogs ferrets and my comings and goings at all times of the night and day when i am hunting so its the least i can do for her ............

adam just as everybody else has said dont bother adding anymore calcium to her diet just make sure she is on a good healthy balanced diet with plenty of fresh meat and bones ... if you rae struggling to get any give chicky a ring he always has plenty ..... adding to much calcium to a bitch's diet can lead to promoting large bone growth in the litter which in turn will cause hollow spots in the resulting litters bones and can lead to weak joints ... i have seen this first hand with a greyhound litter and it aint nice ......... adam you look after that bitch well them pups have a hell of

i have a terrier bitch that i bred from the chocolate pat i had (the punisher) put back over a border bitch that didnt quite make the grade as a digging dog .... the pups were bred and advertised to be bushing dogs and all through her early life i discouraged her from going to ground as i only wanted her for flushing game for the lurchers ..... for 5 years this had been great and she hasnt even looked sideways at an earth .... dog coats for the average dog should be banned .... why do people insist on covering their westi or poodle in a coat when the temp falls to a slight chill ... the dogs have ample coat to keep themselves warm ... they have done ok for hundereds of years and i believe that the dogs will suffer with an extra layer on top causing them to oiverheat which will lead to de hydration sore spots and itchy skin etc ......... now there are exceptions to the norm such as the racing grey the whippet and other thin skinned and not heavily coated dogs ... but again common sence must prevail and just becau

been using the new collars for most of the season and there are a few things you need to be aware of .... the leather collars will stretch as they are a soft leather so half way through the day check them as they can easily slip off the ferrets head they are also very long so trim them down .... use the little magnetic tool to turn the collars on if you use the box i have found that the collars somehow turn themselves off .... make sure that you carry the box and the collars seperately incase it accidently turns the collars on/off ......... having said that the new set up is spot on for ac

without going into genotypes etc etc and making things really complicated the simple answer is that the australian shepherd carries two alleles for merling .... one allele each is inherited from each parent .... the alleles are represented M for merling ... or m for solid .... so the resulting litter could be ... merle ... double merle ... lethal white ... lethal merle ... etc etc ...... once the litter is born there is a heavy cull of any puppys that may well inherit any problems and you will be left with around 20% of the litter .... that litter grows is put to a another 20% survival li

if a litter of pups inherits two alleles for merling which can only happen when a merle is bred to a merle the puppies are often predominantly white ... deaf and/or blind ... and often develop other less immediately noticeable problems including organ failure and auto-immune disorders ..... in short even if you cant see any noticable ailments in the pups they may well have an underlying problem wityh one or more of their organs ....... in my opinion it isnt worth the risk breeding merle to merle at any cost ...........

that used to be the case a few years back now its a completely different story ... the plain is full of training troops 24/7 and to add to that there are double shifts of range wardens on and police patrols including helicopters that are targeting hunters and illegal motor cross riders ... i can guarentee you that you WILL get a tug out there now ..........
