Im a joiner and the 20oz eastwing is rarely outta my hand so I've no other option but to push on through lol. Any other time it would last a couple of weeks and I'd just get out of bed one morning and it would be gone but not this time round, this is week 5 and it's starting to move up into my tricep.

Im gonna get one ordered arry because I'll give anything a go, this is the worst I've ever had it and like you say even lifting a cup becomes really painful. I'll see what its like lifting a pint glass tomorrow and see if that's any easier. Lol.

Thanks gnasher, I've been doing exercises I've seen on the net and although it helps in the short term it seems to come back worse. I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and try and see my doctor but that's a right pain in the ass to do at the minute. I'll give the hot and cold a go.

Anyone get tennis elbow, I get bouts of it now and again and I'm killed with it at the minute. Any lasting fix or any tips to speed up recovery, I keep hearing about resting it but that's just not possible and isn't going to happen.

Used to be similar about the bigger towns round here years ago all mastiff pitbull crosses and owned by Chavy thief's and drug dealers, broke one off some poor ole fellas mongrel outside a shop one summers evening after its double hard owner had shit himself and legged it when he couldnt break it off.

Couple of hundred quid for this, no focus on it but by far the best torch I've owned, use it for cycling and just started using it to walk the dogs.

10 acres is a big field round these parts, it's like a patchwork quilt all divided up with a mixture of hedges and ditches, barb wire is everywhere and sheep netting with double barb wire on top is getting more and more common as lowland farmers change from beef to lamb. Need a dog with a bit of pace that can jump and push on or you'll not get much. Plodders are worse than useless. -

Doctors giving out anti depressants like they're smarties certainly doesn't help peoples mental health. Drink and drugs another catalyst. I've lost friends over the years to suicide, couple were no surprise if I'm honest and a couple came out of the blue and it's those ones that are hard to get your head around.
