    what

No argument going on from this side....personally i have little more problem with irish folk settling in london as i have with london folk settling in glasgow, cardiff or any other major british city......my problem is with people neither you me or any other british people have any identity with......i ask again, what was the benefit of neasden temple to london/british people, keep in mind that historically neasden/wembley/harlesden has always been a highly poulated irish area ?....i used that example as you are from irish stock......... Yes london will always be my home...BUT like i said its a

    what

maybe this is too raw for both of us to get into a debate about, i wouldn't want to end up in a border line arguement thats not how i like to discuss things i'm irish and my parents went though hell upon arriving in this country, -rightly or wrongly in your eyes, my dad arrived and lived rough worked on a building site and worked his way up the trade by the time he died he had his own house and a really good name for himself in the industry, when mam arrived here after leaving her country due to pregnancy after being raped and irish veiws going against any option she chose, she left to com

  8. are you the fella who posted a topic about a pup in kennels howling?
  9. thats a good idea! working dogs are more prone to injury because of their chasing instinct and accidens happen, dogs which are worked before their fully grown or over worked and not rested or stretched properly are certainly more likely to get badly injured, having said that i strongly think its fairer for any dog to work as thats what their bred to do, rather then how some pets are over fed, under exercised and just plain bored!! all my dogs are combination of companion for me and my daughter and workers, to be honest any good lurcher owner would find it upsetting for their dog to die

So you think 40,s 50,s and 60,s london is the same as it is today ? dont be so ridiculous...........even in the ,s nobody knew what an east european was.....yes we had blacks yes we had asians yes we had odds and sods from most cultures.......but we did not have masses and masses of poles/turks/bosnians/kosovans etc etc......yes people have been moving to london...but rarely english people....and the people living in london who move out is mostly white flight born and bred londoners sick of their surroundings........london today is a vastly different, almost unrecognisable place compared to tim

    what

agree its surprising that this should be topic people should feel strongly about and i exppected to see pages and pages of replies!! people are to busy posting random topics and starting fights then discussing a subject that is important with regards to london not being for london people i haven't read so much nonsense for a while i was born in london and grew up but left so i could gain new hunting permission and countryside work opportunities, and i agree that london as changed a bit but times change, when the irish first moved to london there used to be signs stating no irish and me dad
  19. what i nice change to find someone advertising in an honest way and for a genuine reason i hope you find homes that will care for them as well as you clearly do best of luck with yourself and your family who are experiencing these changes take care lurcher lass x
  20. when i was first on this site, a topic regarding a pup howling in kennel was placed containing details of pup being 6 weeks and not being shown attention apart from when it howled this "person" would hit the pup as a dog trainer i gave advice, i was polite and straight to the point however due to this person not liking so many people say what he was doing was wrong he challenged people to fight called me a c*nt and made offensive comments regarding me being a young mum i think it shows how insecure some people feel but its such a shame that these people have to cause such a negative im
  21. once again what started out as an interesting read and a chance for everyone to kindly state your veiws but there is always one who reckons their too big for common sence and politness as foxyjo kindly pointed out i said it depended on the situation rather then shoot everything that moves with regards to wildlife management i wouldn't have you any where near my land for "pest control" as you seem to veiw this as pest destroy when you wish to discuss any topic like a mature adult i will be prepared to listen, while however your the one speaking nosense i wont waste my time on you, b
  22. took me daughter to the pub today, where they had a band playing music, to watch my girlie spinning and dancing feeling so care free is one of my happiest moments followed by when she's in bed and i'm watching some stand up irish comedy with three dogs lying contently around me
  23. i would say it depended on the individual situation if cubs are near game birds or an area thats heavily populated i'd say bring on a pup or two and logically if the bit of land is lacking foxes then whats the harm in encouraging, theres been a few topics about breeding and releasing rabbits so why not in certain circumstances help the fox however what my logic tells me to do then what i would do when forced into making that choice i'm not sure what i'd do if i'm honest probably feed them - though admittly not venison what a waste!! with regards to respect your wildlife and quarry
  24. i agree more ladies should do loads of hunting!!
