  12. i am so sorry mate, the only thing i can suggest is to go to police with any photos or detailed discriptions of the ferrets and bitch, markings size etc, ask the police to check this neighbour out, if it were me i'd sit in the police station refuse to move til they at least look into it so sorry for the stress of the lurcher and dogs going missing then having to deal with these young kits, its shocking what some people will do, and good luck in getting them back all the best, hope you find them lurcher lass x x x

  18. a full whippet are good natured, loyal dogs, their good at rabbits i've known one who would also tackle fox munty and hares, going back a few year though, when fed well they have good stamina and although fast their acceleration speed ( ie start pace) is a tad slower then some lurchers and though can be well trained they are not as intelligent as some lurcher types whippet is a good base to work from in regards to rabbits, i would say whippet x beddy maybe with a tad of greyhound in there for more speed, you could go down the whippet x collie route but not too much collie as you want more cha
  19. thank you socks and max i know i'm so chuffed but also absolutly shattered too keep checking on him and he's well in the nest nice and warm still keep topping him up until i see he's drinking all the best lurcher lass x
  20. i wouldn't even encourage them to sit on the treadmill, you don't want them in the habbit of doing this when you start increasing the pace and time i have put my bitch on one but perfer to cycle with her as i get fit too then, but tie a lead to the handles but loose, this gives you free hands but also the option to add a bit more pressure if need be, first walk the dog on to the tread and stand there, praise then reward with cheese or sausage - something fantastic!! til you get top the point the dog is going on there without you even asking her, the dog clearly feels secure with it t
