If Freddie Kanoute had done what Paolo done at that exact time he would of got pelters mate and you know it......Paolo was loved for it because he was Paolo,simple.....same as Dennis Laws non celebration, anyone else it wouldnt have even been noticed but you've now got bog standard players running away not celebrating scoring a goal because they have a long lost connection to the club they just scored against....a lot of it is over emotional " look at me " type bollocks in my opinion.....Paolo's included. I cant agree with the whole moral code of " when someone folds like that " yes you're

The keeper wasnt touched though mate thats what im saying....nobody clattered him....its no different to what we moan about today when a player go's down and the opposition put the ball out.....why ?.........i preferred you when you was the ruthless " win at all costs " guy myself mate ? Regards Frank no i never liked the shit he took either maybe being locals i have rose tinted goggles for him and his family but they are/were the epitome of sporting excellence in my book....proper football people regardless of fame and finances, they just love the game.

What happened to the ruthless " win at all costs "...." nice guys come last "... " show me a good loser and i'll show you a loser " mentality Wilf ? I know i know it was Paolo he was our sweetheart so we'll give him a pass ? If you remember at the time Frank and Freddie Kanoute were getting dogs abuse from us fans they were both playing in that game do you think they would have got the same reaction ?....fans are funny like that i get it. I dont see any reason to have pulled that game up nobody touched the keeper these things happen.....i think Paolo just had a brain freeze....

I wont stick my oar in with thoughts and opinions but just out of curiosity do any of you lads actually participate in competitive sports on these diets or is it just for general health and wellbeing ?

Managing money is an art....ive had times being obsessed with money and was always decent at turning over a pound note but i think over time the better off an uneducated div like me becomes the more you rely on good people around you to give good advice, even if it costs you....speculate to accumulate and all that.....its about knowing who you are in my opinion if you're a hardworking chap who likes the routine of a 9 to 5 and not particularly ambitious then managing dough shouldnt be particularly difficult but if you've set the bar high and you're focused and driven to achieve then chances are

Strange Thing you see whilst out in the countryside

Years ago when i first moved over this way i ran into a bunch of weird fuckers dancing round in a circle dressed up in robes with candles doing some mad ritual in the early hours outside a place called Copped Hall near me....i just watched from a distance for a while before heading off back home wondering if the countryside might not be for me after all ? -
Quality wise yes its been as bad as the division has ever been in my opinion but entertainment wise theres been some cracking fights Whyte/Chisora was as good a fight as ive seen in a long time, the Klitchsko/Joshua fight was probably the best heavyweight title fight since the first two Bowe/Holyfield fights....even the Haye/Bellew fights were dramatic entertaining fights to watch.....the 80's was another poor era for the division but unlike today there were very few exciting fights to save it either.

I remember taking the mrs to Venice thinking i was being all romantic.....f**k me what a mistake that water certainly kicks up a stink in summer months....not for me that place ! -
An old Muhammad Ali one i always liked......" He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life "

Most kibbles will be soaked anyway so its still a " soft food " as such......a dogs always going to drink less water if hydration is coming through food and the less actual water a sporting dog is carrying the better.

Reminds me of a young George Foreman he's certainly going to take some stopping on physicality alone....but you like to think that boxing wins out over these physical freaks and he cant box to save his life so be interesting to see how far his strength and pure brute force can actually get him......not had a pm im aware of mate.
-
The trouble is mate you dont know the truth of all what go's on and neither do i.....all this social media nonsense and youtube crap you are only going to hear what fighters/promoters want you to hear a person would have to be incredibly naive to believe you are hearing the truth ! I dont know how old you are but years ago all this shit went on exactly as it does today but none of it ever got out into the public, fighters didnt have a voice back then.....in London we used to have what folk called the Cartel, managers and promoters like Lawless/Duff/Barret/Astaire they were constantly arguin

Same here, keep saying i,ll give it another go one day they are such a big commitment though its not like a dog you can just palm off on someone and say " feed it ".....if you like to get away then you've pretty much got to write off Spring and early Summer. And no you're right Fireman " little " probably wasnt my best choice of adjective ?
-
The toughest part is adopting the " opponent " mindset.....the " coming unstuck " thing in todays times, ridiculous as it sounds can literally mean that you was a little bit too dangerous for a young prospect padding out an unbeaten record,no manager/promoter wants an upset early in a promising career so a journeyman fighter must do enough to push the lad but not too much where he cuts him or even presses him too hard....not if he wants to be earning every week anyway....very few journeyman live off the game these days.....its a shame its gone like that and again, back years ago you made your ma

Yep i think i'll take that,cheers treacle .......sorry i mean " yes,for sure,accept that i shall....my deepest gratitude sir "
-
LIkewise....the division has been ruined i cant even be arsed to keep up with whats going on anymore....a bunch of nothing meaningless fights between fighters who are rewarded for not fighting.....how Wilder and Fury get away with what they get away with is just the most pathetic form of corruption i can ever remember in the sport the sooner the so called " big 3 " f**k off and retire the better....get some of these hungry young lads in the mix who are not petrified of losing a fight.
-
Thats right you helped him with some Goldies didnt you he never managed to breed any of them even paid out for 3 or 4 pairs of them Siberian ones but couldnt get nothing from them infact they was all dead within a couple of years so he knocked all that on the head and sticks with Canaries now he loves it all he's a proper little expert on them now ?
-
Why would they not of gone and snatched the other dog up as well....looked like a few mouths to feed 1 Alsatian wont go far.
-
Surely you'd expect them dogs to go straight in,is there a chance they could of been 3 young inexperienced dogs ? At the end of it the furs not going to be worth f**k all using such inefficient dogs as them surely ? Smashing camera though, brilliant.

Nice looking cages they are mate are they that Palfoam stuff the printers use ?.....my nephew recently made some cages...a chap i know has a print firm and was giving him the sheets for 50 quid a go i think he made about 30 odd cages for around 500 quid.....he got quoted 1500 to buy new.
-
If thats called an Agate im not sure but if it is my nephew bred a shit load of them this year....nice pretty little things.
-
Just coming across such things in random chat is fair enough mate you seem a decent lad who knows the score......but for an obvious wrongun to seek people out who they refuse to have anything to do with in the real world........
-
Its getting harder and harder for journeyman pros to make a living these days they have my total respect.....it was a nice living back in the 80'8/90's a good sparring partner was worth their weight in gold to the big names of the day you could easy clear a grand a week if you was fit and tough but those days are gone theres too much protection of journeyman now, paid sparring is a thing of the past nobody earns a living from it anymore they are just classed as pros, leaving the game with 3 figure loss columns and financially no better off than your average brickie or plasterer.....a ko loss or

Why is saying to someone " say it to my face " so alien to you ?......its not menstrual to do what every young lad off a council estate or a working class area has done throughout the generations....or are you not from the working class ?......a straightener has long been regarded as a respectable and dignified way to sort out issues in the travelling community you feel so much love for....likewise in many other areas of working class mens lives......its the only place for an argument to go if neither party backs down......get off the internet and live a real life for crying out loud !
