    So many people brag about support for cup finals or big derby games....................they are the Hollywood games that everyone comes out to for a sing song and a jolly up.............what about the long boring 500 mile round trips on a rainy Tuesday night to watch a crappy nil nil draw,then doing the same the next week.......THAT is a clubs loyal following.

    13 or 15k i forget now.................for a game that was well publicised beforehand as being a demonstration against Allardyce giving the Fa cup tie away......for the week leading up to that game you could of gone in any pub,workplace,looked in the local paper..............even on any West Ham internet forum and known it was coming... we have a shit side at the moment but our following has always been respected around the country...........     Did you hear Poyet on the radio this morning saying how dissapointing the crowds are in a season they are doing so well ?......Not sure id agree about the " doing so well " bit being in a relegation battle but i can see what he was getting at 2 excellent cup runs and can only pull in a 17k home crowd....thats your own manager saying it Max. If 32k people can afford season tickets they can afford to go to a home 5th round cup tie....its not rocket science this has to be the most exciting season in years for a Sunderland fan and there ground is often half empty !

    No my dog wasn't on a lead. Loads of dogs come up to her for a sniff and nothing happens. For some reason she doesn't seem to like dogs that want to attack her. As a matter of interest, she gets on with all sorts of dogs. Some of the ones she "knows" from the park are a JR, a collie and a staff - 2 of them owned by pensioners.     I got no problem with cyclists or horse riders.....its just when cyclists dont stop at zebra crossings,carry on through red lights,grab hold of your car rather than put their foot on the floor,dont bother indicating,pay no attention to right of way at roundabouts......................and horse riders expect you to slow down to a crawl,give you filthy looks when you dare to drive past them at more than 5 mph,take a horse thats never seen a car on a public road,ride 3 or 4 abreast,cross the road in a convoy of 20,leave horse shit spread across the highway....................apart from that ive n

    Come on Max you cant deny that was a piss poor turn out i couldnt believe what i was watching !....You say 70k will turn out for a cup final in London......yet only 17k will turn out AT HOME in the rounds......GLORY HUNTERS are the words you are looking for !! You cant keep making the excuse its a poor area theres poor areas all over the place your club sold 30k season tickets so thats at least 30k people who can afford a season ticket,yet only 17k wanted to go to a fifth round Fa Cup match when the club are flying in the cup comps......maybe football just aint popular up there these days

    As regards genes its more about frame size than metabolism.......12 stone at 6ft 4" can be a perfectly healthy weight for somebody of light frame whereas the same weight/height can be bordering on anorexic for a thick framed densely built person. My father and my son were exactly the same build as me we all have the same frame and shape etc yet i carry near 5 stone more than either of them,good weight not bad......that means genetically they have the capability to carry the same weight,likewise theres only so far you go the other way before you become unhealthy and that too is dictated by gen

    I had no real interest until quite recently,a while ago i started having the odd natter with the fella Craigyboy off here and he would talk about birds and his passion and knowledge impressed me so much it got me curious.......if im honest i thought he was a bit odd at first but now i can see exactly what the attraction is......ive only dipped my toes in the water so to speak but its a hobby thats definately got my attention and one i,ll stick with now probably until my times up......its been a great reminder for me that theres always things to learn and new stuff around the corner if you open
