    Come on Max you cant deny that was a piss poor turn out i couldnt believe what i was watching !....You say 70k will turn out for a cup final in London......yet only 17k will turn out AT HOME in the rounds......GLORY HUNTERS are the words you are looking for !! You cant keep making the excuse its a poor area theres poor areas all over the place your club sold 30k season tickets so thats at least 30k people who can afford a season ticket,yet only 17k wanted to go to a fifth round Fa Cup match when the club are flying in the cup comps......maybe football just aint popular up there these days

    As regards genes its more about frame size than metabolism.......12 stone at 6ft 4" can be a perfectly healthy weight for somebody of light frame whereas the same weight/height can be bordering on anorexic for a thick framed densely built person. My father and my son were exactly the same build as me we all have the same frame and shape etc yet i carry near 5 stone more than either of them,good weight not bad......that means genetically they have the capability to carry the same weight,likewise theres only so far you go the other way before you become unhealthy and that too is dictated by gen

    As Satan said if Groves is disciplined it could be an easy nights work..........if like last time he gets over confident and decides to macho it out......it will be the same outcome.     I had no real interest until quite recently,a while ago i started having the odd natter with the fella Craigyboy off here and he would talk about birds and his passion and knowledge impressed me so much it got me curious.......if im honest i thought he was a bit odd at first but now i can see exactly what the attraction is......ive only dipped my toes in the water so to speak but its a hobby thats definately got my attention and one i,ll stick with now probably until my times up......its been a great reminder for me that theres always things to learn and new stuff around the corner if you open

    Thankyou very much chaps .....not knowing a good catapult from a bad one i have nothing to compare to but this one i was using had double theraband gold whatever that is...all the realtree camo finish etc.....cant say as it felt altogether comfotable in my hand but again not having anything to compare to.... how comfortable should it feel ???.....hence i thought id buy one and see whats what.....     Ive been saying for as long as i can remember.....the further you breed a Pit Bull Terrier away from the pit the more problems you will run into.....im probably biased but for me they are possibly the greatest creation man ever came up with within the animal kingdom.......but never forget what they are,a man made creation to fight until the end ! Formula 1 cars belong on a track......just because you put a roof and a set of alloys on them doesnt mean its ok for a kid to drive one round the estate !!...Keep the performance dogs for sport and the pet dogs for pets and you wont go far wrong..

    I had my first ever go with a catapult today and in all honesty i was f****n useless i couldnt hit a barn door ............not to be defeated im going to buy myself one and practise......Ive looked over this section of the site but cant seem to find much about the absolute basics. A.....Is there a particular catty suited to a beginner ? B.....Is there a right and wrong technique ? C.....Is it something that comes with practise or something you need to be naturally talented at ? Any advice will be much appreciated

    Not really into music myself but for someone who always struck me as a bit of a prat i thought he came across well in that........cant remember if it was him or the brother i forget his name now who used to grate on me every time he opened his mouth i wanted to nail it shut ! Fair do,s to him he seems an intelligent and interesting sort of chap seems a pattern with a lot of rough kids off the estates who end up with wealth they end up decent well rounded people yet never lose that aggressive common sense and loyalty to their manor....nice to see.
