Never! Progress never stops, we learn a bit more every year. Questions to which today we say "we don't know", tomorrow we say "we now know". Keep pushing the limits of human knowledge with reason and logic. Beyond todays limits there's the unreasonable and unexplainable 'God'............. untill we extend that limit a bit further and replace the unreasonable with reason.... ok maybe i phrased that wrong.......at what stage do you say " no more progress is being made "......i get back to what i said about the 2 leading astro physicists who basically said we are now back to square one..

I cant watch many of these sitcoms they have on these days...that Benidorm shit is on right this minute it makes me want to throw up theres nothing funny about trying to shock you !......When you think back to things like Mind your Language,George and Mildred,Porridge,Rising Damp they were just generally funny they didnt need to be shocking to get a laugh....shame the way comedy has gone.

Gnasher mate, you're right by our laws of physics in this universe. Problem is we are assuming all 'this' came from nothing simply because it all came from a singularity and expanded. We literally have no idea what was there before, if indeed there was a 'before', and if there was a before how the laws of that universe (for lack of a better word) behaved. We just don't know and will possibly be limited by the boundary conditions of our universe. It doesn't mean science doesn't exist outside of it, just that are not able to work with from within ours. Im well out of my depth here and its probably late in the game and im well behind ..........but is the first law of Astrophysics not " you cannot make something.....out of nothing ".....hence if nothing existed before the big bang where did time come from assuming with time you must have a start. Conservation of energy is I believe the first law of thermodynamics. Bearing in mind that all mass is a form of energy [E=mc(squared)] so when I say energy I mean mass and energy; this means that in an enclosed system, in this case our universe, the amount of energy is finite cannot be added

Id say anything apart from violence are just the rules of life we all have to learn.....protecting a kid from the rules of life i think you could be on dangerous ground as you cant hold their hand forever....if the lad hurts my daughter in an emotional way,out of her pocket,cheating etc......then to me thats a lesson in life.......but any violence then thats where me and him fall out.
