Think theres probably a lot of people who think they suffer with depression who are actually just down in the dumps we,ve all been pissed off with life for any number of reasons and gone through a bad patch......but the mate i had who was diagnosed with clinical depression had a great life,a lovely home and mrs,was the life and soul most of the time but then just seemed to hit a brick wall id go to his gaff and he,d be sitting in a chair could barely look up at me it was horrible to watch he didnt want to know about nobody or nothing for a good 2 years.......im told he,s doing well now through

Its a subject far too complex not to seek expert help with in my opinion........never suffered with it myself but made the mistake with an old mate of mine in regularly telling him to liven himself up,he used to drive me mad but i was ignorant to it and just did the normal thing of trying to get him out and about......i lost patience with him in the end and it cost our friendship which is sad but it was my mistake and it taught me theres certain things that cant be solved by simple logic like exercise and keeping active......theres professional experts in the field of mental illness out there,

Looks smart that Sliplead i looked into them panels but they were too big and awkward to get in and out the aviary to clean.....i came up with an ingenious idea re xmas trees .......while i was away a few weeks back i had a mate of mine take all the individual branches off a few trees,cut and shape the metal rod bits and have a simple hook and eye type thing so i only need take out the dirty branches rather than the whole thing.......took the patience of a saint bless him but i think it looks quite snazzy and the birds love it

Just over 70% according to the stats,from what i know of Spain and Spaniards i wouldnt imagine thats far out.......all i meant was i dont think plotting up in a different culture to our own and taking the piss out of them is funny and clever i think its very disrespectful.....ok you probably dont do it to their faces but even so its not something we like when its done to us over here is it. Personally i enjoy being in different cultures as long as i know i can come home whenever i want .......to actually live,it would have to be a culture not too far from my own i dont know how you manage

How much would it have cost you to put the advert into specific boat magazines and reach the same number of potential buyers ?.....i dont think its a rip off at all where else could you get that number of eyes looking at an item your wanting to sell. wouldnt cost £130 to advertise i know that !! And reach the same audience ? i dont think so.........................why do you think Exchange & Mart ceased printing and became online only !

Of course its not acceptable.....but what reason is there to think he would hurt anyone ? thats exactly my point mate to me a crime against property can never be regarded as serious as a crime against a person......and this kids crime was property. Im not saying he did nothing wrong he was a little shit but calling for him to be strung up and birched is going a little bit overboard if you ask me....unless you have led an impeccable childhood yourself of course but then i dont know many people who have.

What a cracking post....im a nightmare around names so i might have the wrong person but ive got an idea it was a few of Seekers posts on this subject that have caught my eye before......very simple to understand and thoughts i can certainly relate to,nice to read that was mate .......same story for me really religion didnt play any part whatsoever in my upbringing,even at school i paid no attention to what they was on about it just bored me.......if it wasnt for a few people close to me who i have a lot of respect for and their own encounters with God i would probably still have no interest

I dont think thats anything to do with religion or maturity.......i think thats just developing a consience......im the same theres bad things i wont do today that i would of done in a heartbeat years ago......likewise theres good things i will do today that i wouldnt of done years ago when i had no conscience.

Definately not.....i dont kid myself through life.....just because i believe in the christian faith and God as the overall chief doesnt make me a christian,i dont read the bible i cant make head nor tail of it and much as id like to read it i dont feel im ready yet not if i want to understand and appreciate it rather than just read words......i do bits of research,ask questions etc and for now thats enough.......im realistic enough to know im not ready to live a good christian life in the sense of being born again as God would find me out quick enough..... but that doesnt mean i dont know its

From what i can make out these other lads are a bit further along than me in terms of faith i still wouldnt say mine is cemented even though i lean that way.....i still have doubts and certainly have more questions than answers but having seen with my own eyes where strong faith and christian belief has taken certain people close to me its something i cant ignore and will continue to search for better understanding.......no i have probably never lived a good christian life,but apparently the Lord doesnt give a monkeys and will still accept me anyway so i cant lose i just feel its right and pro

I think thats just about the first post you have made Fraz that i really dislike.....most of the time i find your posts interesting and informative.......but to say you are desperate to help and defend people in need etc i find at best patronizing and at worst insulting.......i had a bit of a pop earlier in the thread at the way aethiests seem to have a need to tell us all whats best for our own good and here you are doing the same i dont get it......by all means say your bit and give your opinions but i dont need you there for me any more than i need aethiests there for me folk have to be lef
