Not for a DIno they go for around £100k now depending on condition, I nearly bought one about 15 years ago its was £35K I thought it was a bit too pricey at the time... If you can get a fully restored pucker early 70,s Dino Spyder under 100k in the Uk i,ll give you 5k for the price of the phonecall .......been f****n about with these Italian jobs a few years now im too much of a fat f****r to drive most of them but they,re still pretty to look at

Damn clever that......fair play to the lad trying to get a few copper coins by entertaining folk with talent and effort.... better than walking down the dole office with his hand out ! -

You can pick up properties in Washington for as little as £18000 the most you would get in rent about £225 per month Thats if you could get someone to live in the shit tip Lick of paint and a new carpet/laminate flooring throughout and you could get £75 per week (single occupancy housing benefit). That's £3900 per annum, a return of nearly 20%. Obviously there would be expenses like gas safety certificate, insurance, tax and agents fees I've calculated that you would make £1500 profit per annum per property. Assuming the purchase prices remains at £20k per house it would be possible to b

While i totally agree with that its worth keeping in mind some folk are labelled racist simply BECAUSE they have the courage to be what they are.......ive always believed that forcing groups of people together whos beliefs and values are totally opposite of each other is unfair and unrealistic.......to me thats common sense not racist yet it hasnt stopped me being labelled racist from time to time. If 10 West Ham fans stroll into Millwalls ground they are not going to get a good welcome as they have complete opposite beliefs......to expect them to get along trouble free is unrealistic but

Dont think ive ever heard it but he still gets ribbed for it today he always says why did they ask someone who cant talk properly to be a commentator in the first place ....Along with Terry Marsh he was one of the fittest fighters i ever saw he could swim faster than i could run MickC i couldnt agree with Valero his record was impressive but he never fought any of the real top fighters around at the same time....id even rate Paquiao a better puncher than Valero.

I have a bit of a dabble in property myself......but the lads not going to get far on a bag of sand is he ......mind you got an old red London telephone box in my garage if you fancy it

Wine is categorised as a " wasting asset " and so not liable for Capital Gains......look its not some kind of get rich quick sheme yes id imagine theres scams go on like there is in anything....its a difficult commodity to get rid of in a hurry so you cant rely on it for liquidity.......its basically an ideal way of turning over a few quid that you might otherwise stick under the mattress and forget about.......i look at it in a similar way to having a bet on the dogs or something, dont take it too serious and dont invest more than you can afford to lose ( or drink )....... and i dont even drin

Risk of fire .....id like to know how a fire starts in multi million pound super hi tec vaults......that is such a silly article theres risk in any investment but theres reasons way beyond standard economics that wines fluctuate in value.....anything from a bad vintage to master taster critics.......the worldwide top wine critic is a yank called Robert Parker he only needs to give a 100 point score and that wine will increase by 25% in value overnight ! Socks you have Corsham Cellars close to you go and have a look round and ask some questions.......its probably one of the best cellars in

I invest in all sorts of shit mate........human beings included .......yes the wines a decent little return, like anything else the more you plough in the more your likely to see back with a bit of patience.... i just like the fact you can sit back forget about it and let others do the brainwork......you,ll see a lot more than you will off the interest of your average savings account put it that way

While you are paying for bonded storeage in perfect atmospheric conditions ( around 12 pound per case per year with most big firms ) that price also includes the experience of advisors telling you what and when to buy/sell etc..... so compared to investing in other things you know nothing about its not too high price to pay.......particularly keeping in mind you might not even touch a bottle of wine from year to year......for a casual investment that you can just forget about and sit on the wine is a steady little number

simple point is were all made from the same stuff some more closely related than others but show me anything on this earth that does not share dna with something else and i will be amazed, everything is related to everything else in some way or other, if god made them, they i would have thought all been different, kind of fits evolution though! Just seems to be standard stuff non believers come out with to belittle believers into gasping and crying at the same time.....50% banana being one of them.....i mean why a banana....personally i think it takes a lot more faith to believe i orig
