just a few words to thank sighthound for his extreme generosity to me over the last few months .this gentleman has taken time out to give me lots of invaluable advice and then sent me all the way down to wales from scotland three very nice young breeding pairs and then this very week five youngsters hes recently bred and very very high quality stock . these will give you some fun flying and getting you started whilst you wait for a few youngsters of your older birds he said .at no time would he except any offers of payment .hes a gentleman this man and id like to say a big thank you to him thr

I agree with Sandymere......do you want to have muscles that ache or muscles that grow ?......You could get your wife to jump on your back go and stand on the stairs and do 100 calf raises,tomorrow your calves will ache like f**k............but that dont mean they will grow ! Far too many people split their routine too early,if you are a beginner then lift like a beginner dont do an intermediates split......like you i boxed for years and years and lifted weights as part of training....but when i went fully into bodybuilding i became a beginner again.....when you do the heavy compounds as a

It was always going to be stick or twist for the owners.......and they have chosen to twist. Its vital to go into the new ground as a premiership club and Allardyce virtually guarenteed that......but nobody can be expected to watch that misery for too long ! Theres good and bad in Bilic and he was well liked here......hopefully its a risk that pays off.

Picture the scene..........you,ve recently spent a small fortune on having your front room decorated including a lovely new state of the art modern fireplace.................you wake up one morning to the sound of a bird fluttering away behind it having obviously fallen down the chimney. Ive watched a lot of Ray Comfort and this isnt one of his better ones to be honest......he tends to pick out the complete dopes rather than debate vaguely intelligent people and try to catch them out like that silly shop/stop thing he comes out with.......sticking up for Christianity is one thing,just trying to make random people look stupid is pointless.

Im of the same opinion mate.......some of you lads will know better than me as im no tactician but i always wonder why someone doesnt go man for man with Messi surely you would happily sacrifice a player to take Messi out of harms way ok theres still a chance he would shine but it would push him deeper and deeper.....wouldnt it ? I was hoping Tevez would score,lift the cup,then cry his eyes out about West Ham fans

That was great thanks for posting that Bosun,i cant believe how many there are.....thats definately 100% what it was.......think i,ll be putting more nuts on the feeder in future. So thats another " first " for me as i saw my first wild Goldie in the garden last week i cant work out if my garden has suddenly become more attractive to birds or i just havent been paying enough attention ....good stuff anyway.
