It was a random test at a bad time for London fighters it was around the same time Larry O and Ali Adams were also caught...... Marius Wach who fought Klitchsko was caught using ped,s giving a positive test on both a and b samples,was also found to have padding removed from his gloves.......and got a 1 year ban.................Dillian recieved a 2 year ban for having an energy drink !

At the end of the day these young prospects are in a no win situation at this stage,back years ago your learning would come in the gym but gym wars are a thing of the past now these lads are getting on the job learning and a pay packet on top....but they are not fights you would expect them to lose. Im more looking forward to the John Ryder/Nick Blackwell fight on the same bill that should be a cracking little scrap......and for me the biggest fight of the night....of the year even......infact on a personal level one of the biggest fights i can ever remember is my boy Kevin Mitchell attemp

Is that a fact mate or is it just your own experience ?.....Ive just had a couple of 4/5 day old chicks die and im pretty sure they was the last ones hatched......i was dubious the hen wasnt feeding them properly i should of done more really but think im probably a bit out my depth hand rearing chicks......the hen was feeding the first hatched being they were strongest but didnt seem too bothered about the really tiny ones.

Anything that hasnt yet happened is an " if " mate ......you think Fury would beat Joshua " if " they met thats ok its just boxing chat. If Fury picks up a world title and Joshua keeps winning you can bet your bollocks they,ll meet why would they not ?.....As for Price knocking out Fury whats to say he wouldnt ?.....Just because a fighter loses a few fights to one opponent doesnt mean he wouldnt beat another one.......its only in todays times of extremely careful match making and fighters desperately avoiding each other that a couple of losses has become so disastrous and career ending....particularly at heavyweight.....plenty of fighters come back to world level after early losses,whether Price can i dont know the kid so no id

Look son.....i have no idea why you seem to pay me so much attention when you clearly cant stand me....why you remember things ive said or have any sort of opinion on me at all i find bizarre but in fairness its not something ive not seen before as there was a few little weirdos used to come on here i cant even remember their names they changed them every 5 minutes....but they did the same at times....its very odd behaviour be it on the internet or real life. Im guilty of actually shoving a hen off the nest so i could have a look ....i thought if i just gently pushed her with my little finger she wouldnt mind...........once she was off she went and sat in the corner for ages as if to say " f**k it you incubate them then ".......needless to say it was lesson learned and i just let them be now.

I think its great.....but its not a bodybuilders routine.....all these different routines and exercises have there place its about mixing it up and not going stale in my opinion....bodybuilders hit plateaus where they have to try different things....going back to complete basics like 5 x 5 compounds is great if it stimulates muscle growth.....personally i think its unrealistic for seasoned lifters to be adding 5 lb to the bar per workout unless you start at a ridiculously low weight so it can kind of defeat the theory after a while......also for many seasoned lifters the size is there its just

You would think it would be the opposite but ive found that the older lifters get the more willing they are to use machines.......theres something very macho and aggressive about loading plates onto a barbell,letting out a bit of a war cry to get folks attention,having a spotter ( or 2 ) and then smashing out some bench presses......but you start to lose all that energy as you get older and you focus your mind more on yourself than other people.......todays Smiths Machines are great but of course you do sacrifice working the old " stabilizer muscles "
