Too right.....i never understood why they,re allowing him to go he,s a fan favorite and played well whenever he came on.......certainly be popular down the Hammers got a bit of Alan Devonshire about him
-
Ol bollocks i wanted to watch that and forgot all about it.....they was on about it on Talksport today......i was hoping my little Cyprus might do something in that group but looks like Wales and Belgium are pulling away.......no holding him back the boy Bale is there !

Sounds like a good healthy brekkie .....ive never been able to train before breakfast though i always feel weak as piss with no food inside me !
-
Im lucky in that i like eggs but ive still never really had much more than about 30 per week......ive known some lifters have 30 per day !......Just be careful with the yolks mate dont have more than 2 or 3 yolks per day as they bind you up........eggs are great but personally i always preferred other protein sources, just keep an eye on the saturated fat content in eggs....and of course cholestorol

I dont really have an opinion either way lads it is what it is some people go mad for it some people dont.......at the end of the day no food is bad for you its the amount of it you have thats bad for you !.....Milk does contain all 8 amino acids but its also 90% water so theres good and bad points. New concepts and fads always come and go in the performance nutrition world but people are still undecided on milk.....bodybuilders originally fell in love with milk because of the protein and fat content.....if memory serves me right an average 8oz glass contains about 8 grams of protein and 1

Glyca.....what I only want to look good in my mankini FFS Whats the difference Tomo, which would be low/high This is all getting very complicated... It can get too complicated and some folk look far too deep into diet when they first start out......timing your carbs, slow digestion proteins, amino spikes and bla bla bla are not going to make a blind bit of difference to the average lifter starting out trying to put a bit of muscular bulk on but for a seasoned lifter or for contest prep its very important.......i still maintain the 2 age old basic sayings for novice/intermediate lifters..

Certainly am.....90% sure this will be my last season following them round the country so ironic that for the first time in years it will be all round Europe as well with a bit of luck ............that said, same as any other season survival is the main aim. What you think about Remy going to westham. The little bits ive seen of him he looks a tidy player i think Carrol will be on his way back up north so with no more reason to keep booting the ball up in the air all the time he might do well .....Obiang looks a good player as well i suppose if we can get our head round having no E

I thought it was in pretty poor taste as well.......cant see anything funny about it at all.......joking at the expense of those less fortunate than yourself is not on you should be ashamed of yourself you idiot ! But then i guess its not your fault they sold Suarez is it

Im gullible as f**k when it comes to wildlife my enthusiasm always gets the better of me if someone said theres a herd of wild elephants in my garden id be up at the window !.......Think i,ll get a second opinion before falling for any more wild goose/parrot chases

I head over to Walthamstow most days anyway......but i would of had a couple more hours in the feather if it wasnt for your tricks

Biglurks a lot of the next day fatigue people suffer is from not fuelling their body through the night.......during the daytime your body is used to fuelling every 3 or 4 hours.......if you train at night your maybe having one more meal then going to bed and asking your body to spend maybe 8 or 9 hours without fuel.......then your wondering why you feel fatigued the next day.....The meal you eat at night really wants to be slower in glycemic carbs and be of a slow digestion protein source maybe salmon and sweet potatos something like that.....i used to have a whey drink in water last thing at

Fatigue hits us in different ways local muscular fatigue which causes muscle breakdown can take a matter of hours to recover whereas neural fatigue which has an impact on the central nervous system can take weeks its just about knowing your body and fuelling your body correctly so that although you are regularly shocking the body into growth you are not starving it.......everything from adequate sleep to amino acid supplements will all aid muscular recovery.....ive taken something called Drenamin for years now i first took it years ago as it helps with emotional balance and stops you wanting t

Your certainly a man of your word mate. Must be a big decision for you after following them so long. It's a sign of the times though for you premiership clubs......money talks. Shame that has to over ride history and tradition. The way i see it is its like divorcing your wife and marrying her sister.....there will be similarities bu

Well that answers my question then.....i must not have paid enough attention !.......I often drive past the reservoirs through Ferry Lane i,ll keep an eye out cheers As you drive down ferry lane they are on the left hand side. Mind you though, you gotta be early. Sunrise Think you got me on a bit of a wild parrot chase here !......thought id get out and about early this morning so 5 o clock im driving along Sewardstone Rd by the reservoirs....nothing......Blackhorse Lane and Forest Rd by the reservoirs.....nothing.......even went right round as far as Coppermill Lane i could of dipp

All being as it should be in terms of training/diet/rest there is absolutely no question about it,tremendous gains can be made in size/strength/definition.......but anyone who tries to tell you that you can hit the same heights natural as on gear is just not being realistic...............training natural you can take your physique as far as your natural genetic potential allows............steroids can take you beyond your natural genetic potential.....and thats it in a nutshell And 30 is by no means late.....you are unlikely to find your peak man strength for another 5 years yet !
-
Not taking the piss mate but how much weight do you think you would need to add to hit your max on a basic push up ?
-
Im all for it Fifeman....to a point.....i think it builds good core strength, good tendon and ligament strength as you resist weight at very natural angles......but my belief is you start to limit yourself the stronger you get.....push ups for example......when you do a push up you are only lifting 65% of your bodyweight,so as you get stronger that isnt sufficient weight to promote growth......you could add a sandbag or two but then thats " weight training " you might just as well turn over and press a barbell......so calisthenics fans tend to change the angle of the lift to make it harder but

A 7 foot 6 inch,19 stone grey haired chubber with a gimpy shoulder and an obsession with mens willies.....................i bet the ladies are all over you

To me Gnasher fat sam the bolton man didn't have the heart. With bilic he does indeed Hes very passionate with the club he works for. Should be for the best. Its the old saying mate " be careful what you wish for "...............i was the first to say i didnt want Allardyce anywhere near this club, but beyond the shit football he proved he could keep us in the division......in many ways i admire Gold and Sullivan for trying to push us on to the next level......but years of experience with this club tells me its probably wiser to look over our shoulder rather than out in front

Its all or nothing for me Tomo............mostly nothing !
-
Its a known fact that gym memberships soar in the months of April/May/June..............you work it out
-
Replace deadlifts with squats then.......its just a case of simple mechanics.....you are a beginner....with training/diet/rest being good you are going to see massive growth in size and strength over the coming months, moreso than at any other time thats just how it works for beginners your body isnt used to the stress........this is a stage where less is more you dont want to waste the big gains you make on small muscle groups like triceps and biceps you want to build a base that you can then build a body on. Unless of course you just want some flashy little t shirt muscles for the summer

I think all dogs are individuals and all have their own characters and personalities.......some dogs will have the mental fortitude to brush off a bad memory others will let it fester in their mind..................others are too thick to let it bother them either way and will only learn the hard way..............doesnt make a difference to the working quality of a dog in my opinion its just their own way of dealing with things.

All i hope is he,s given the money to buy his own players......he wont want all the 7 foot Africans Allardyce brought in so hopefully as fans we can stop looking up in the air and watch football played on the floor again as judging by his management career so far Bilic likes teams to play the right way.....which he did himself as a player to be fair.....its a risky appointment but a good one.
