Well this is a nice cheery subject to start the day ? Personally im over the moon that ive made it into my 50,s i never thought id make it out of my 20,s at one point so whatever else is a bonus ?...but knowing if you are dead that is one morbid thing to discuss !

Im not entirely sure what it is you are disagreeing with me on mate.....if people want the Arnold era look they can have it.....but many dont anymore they want the huge freaky size over symmetry look....steroid abuse is steroid abuse im not really sure what the point you are trying to make is mate. -
You would of had to be there to appreciate it i felt half sorry for him to be honest,he apologised like a man,admitted he had got a bit carried away with himself and it wouldnt happen again so thats it no harm done im not kicking a bloke up in the air just for being a prat.....like i say i quite admired the way he brought the combative stance he took on here into the real world ....some wont even from 50 yards away ? Maybe im just too nice ?

Probably temporarily....but when everything gets back to normal your going to have a lot of people wanting quick gains to make up for what they've lost......especially if theres a few weeks of summer left -

Its not steroids that have ruined bodybuilding steroids have always been around its peoples perceptions of " beauty " thats changed.....a healthy, fit,strong,aesthetic,easy on the eye torso has been replaced by a freak show......the same as birds getting all this shit pumped into their face and arse....body beautiful is going through a horribly strange " extreme " era thats all.- 29 replies

Id say me and Alf have a few similarities but looks certainly isnt one of them? No im not scary its funny really because i normally go out my way to be polite and look approachable to people but id just had a right belly full of this geezer....we've all done it where you give a man one of those real intense looks where you hope that it weakens them,which of course is fine if you are willing to do what comes after that but he wasnt and he just melted on the spot bless him.....plus he,d driven a long way i couldnt see him walk away like that ?

Ive had a couple of them " next time im down in London " or " next time your this end of the m11 " ?.....i quite admired one chap ages ago who did at least commit to his words he turned up outside my old gym,we looked at each other and he let out a " maybe not then " kind of laugh so i took him over the road and bought him a breakfast instead we ended up having a good little laugh and a natter....that was before i really cottoned on to how the internet works ?

I think theres a lot of truth in that i witnessed all sorts of ducking and diving,back stabbing and arguments over dogs but all i saw during a little dabble with the birds was kindness and a willingness to share and learn.....cracking couple of chicks there by the way...still on the up and up i hope ?
