The girl couldnt share one part of it so had to take a picture of the screen hence the ropey picture but you get the times.....even more f****n embarrassing seeing 11 minute miles ? She didnt half give me some stick when she she asked why i wanted them and i said because " some little melt on the internet dont believe me " ? So Greb a simple sorry will suffice.

Fair enough. No....i was born in East London and currently have a home in East London and a home on the Essex/East London border how is that running from immigration ? No its not....but i can look in the mirror and live with my loyalties and decisions in life....running away is not something i could live with....such things are important to some people ? So yours was a peaceful area thats wonderful.....where was it ?.....if it doesnt compare to the " horror stories " around the country then it really has no relevance does it.

If none of this affects you then why do you have such strong opinions about it ? I havent " fled " anywhere i have a home about 2 miles form where i was born and another one about 15 miles from where i was born. No pretence here,unfortunately i lost my family years ago through constantly putting them at risk. No that is the case.....you are right im not happy that the area i grew up in has changed for the worse....never have been and never will be. If you look in the top corner you,ll see its a birds face....thats because i have an iphone and used a phone that belongs to my pals fitness fanatic wife as i cant be f****d with apps and technology.......mate,if you dont believe me thats fine i really dont mind.....it might be an astonishing feat of accomplishment to you but maybe that says more about you than it does me ?

Most people can walk between 4 and 5 miles in an hour......i ran 6.5 miles in an hour big deal......stop being a fanny !

The ol hips and back are aching a bit today but there was plenty left in the tank it was a run we used to do years ago as young boxers along the River Lea out of Limehouse right up to Ponders End Reservoirs at a few stages it felt like i was fast walking rather than running i was so slow but having biked a few times per week over the years i thought 2 hours constant running would be a piece of piss aerobically......it was the joints i hadnt taken into consideration ?

Im talking about literally getting out of bed one day saying " f**k it i think i,ll run for 2 hours and see how far i get ".....i was quite pleased with myself im no spring chicken and not exactly built for endurance......f****n 1.10 saucy f****r ?

So who " should " be doing it then......under 16's ?......you obviously care or you wouldnt have such strong opinions so if you care then who do you think should be fighting YOUR fight for you ? Dont keep turning the question round on me mate i cant give you an answer that wont sound " flash arry " and i dont want to do that.....but needless to say i didnt buy away i bought further in and stayed in areas i have been familiar with all my life surrounded by people i have known all my life doing more than most for my own own.

What i call it is what it is....its running from the fight but looking back shouting your mouth off at all the idiots that stood doing what you didnt have the stomach for......a bit like the dogs we all admire so much.....some get stuck in and others do the " self preservation bark ". This whole " family first " thing wears a bit thin after a while.

Whats a decent time for a half marathon for someone with a decent level of general fitness but who hasnt run more than about 5/6 miles in years......road running this is not treadmill ?

You only have to flick through the ads on these dog selling websites to see people are exploiting these breeds to top up their dole money.....the structure of any dog isnt going to improve when its sole reason for being bred is a wide screen tv.

I detest that astroturf stuff and all that decking with the poncey little spotlights....most of the artificial grass ive seen ends up lookinglike badly laid carpet after a few years.....nah,give me a good old school matured garden with plenty of manicured hedges and charmingly graceful old trees swaying about all day long.

My pal moved into a lovely new house before christmas and had a load of trees chopped down so that he had a better view of this little summer house he had built not long ago......im not the envious type but must admit i really like it so in a jealous rage thought id have a bit of a giggle with him....now he,s panicking that the Epping Forest Conservators and City of London Corporation are on his case about a missing Acer Drummondi ?

Reverse incentives.....simple. Incentives are the reason people come here.....reverse them and the problem fixes itself.....pay people to leave its cheaper than keeping them here. Again,its really not that difficult......could it work overnight of course it cant but we got ourselves into this mess.....maybe a 100% white nation isnt feasible but keeping a white majority in indigenous white homelands is absolutely achievable and fundamentally appropriate.

Perfect thanks Chid....just googled it for proof ? A pal of mine moved into a lovely big new gaff and chopped a load of trees down and ive got him convinced this one was rare and protected by Epping Forest Conservators and the Corporation Of London.....we're just drafting up a letter now ? This lockdown is really summink eh !
