Totaly disagree Why would you disagree? A dog takes off after a cat cat runs on to the road, dog follows, result either of them could be killed, without the possibility of the animals causing an accident. All because they cannot either be arsed, or do not have the ability to train the dog not to chase cats.... So what is there to disagree with, with the above statment? TC

While the baiting of the rat in the trap may not be the crime of the centuary. They deserved far more than they got for the state of the lurcher alone. How anyone could let a dog get into that condition? How anyone can defend someone who does this to a dog beggers belief? TC Was that them ? It seems I have dropped a bo££ock it is not them. I got so wound up when I seen the photo I did not check to see if it was them. Apologies everyone. TC

Mc Cartney ~ How Vile Can That C**t Get ....?
Tiercel replied to Outlaw Pete's topic in General Talk
Apparently, copyright lasts for 70 years now, but royalties are paid forever, being handed down to relatives when you die. Some good info here. TC -
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/pictured-punching-above-your-weight-3277371 I wonder what attracted her to him? I think there is a clue in this photo. TC

I will never understand why more people do not break their dogs to cats. A dog that chases cats is just as much a liability as a stock chaser. TC

Mc Cartney ~ How Vile Can That C**t Get ....?
Tiercel replied to Outlaw Pete's topic in General Talk
Maybe that's the reason he is kicking off. A lifetime of work owned by someone else, might leave a sour taste. From what I have read, it goes like this. Macca and jackson were working together, jackson stayed at maccas house, while he is there macca told jackson about buying up the titles to old songs and gleaning the royalties every year. When the company that owned the beatles songs came up Jackson bought the company for a reported $47m. Sounds to me like macca got a taste of his own medicine. TC -

I did read, that mcCartney was apoplectic when Jackson did not leave the songs to him in his will. TC -
Mc Cartney ~ How Vile Can That C**t Get ....?

Quite the opposite baw, Jackson owned the beatles songs and McCartney had to pay him royalties every time he sang one of his own songs. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2394325/Sir-Paul-McCartney-set-win-rights-Beatles-catalogue.html TC -
He can see, but will not admit it. What really puzzles me, is why, if his posts are a true reflection of how he feels, did he stay in the army such a length of time to do all he mentioned? TC

But it was not just him that did not make the full slog, antartic guides, who by inferance had experience in that terrain took as long out through illness as he did. The boy done well, raised the profile for a lot of disabled service men and women. If you wish to see past that with your bigoted outlook, then please keep it to yourself. TC

Did not see you there? There are many ways he could have raised money for charity he did not have to undertake the treck but he did. says a lot in my book. And while I am at it what was the last treck you done for charity? Wanker!!!!!!!!! TC

Just remember, when you grind off the gel coat of the hull you will have to replace it. The gel coat is what keeps the hull water proof. when the hull is made it starts with the gell coat painted on to a mold then the GRP is layed on topof the gel coat. You can get Flow coat which can be painted on and has the same properties as gel coat (a waterproof wax and other chemicals added to the resin) from most roofing supplies, you may have to add pigment to it to match the hull, but that is not a big problem. Good luck. TC

If you have run out a stop net there is no reason why you could not run out a full net. We all started somewhere and as long as you can set a net out you will find your own way of setting and shooting the net, there is no right way or wrong way, nearly everyone does it differently. Just find a way that comfortable to you, other people can give you ideas but its your choice how you set and pick up. TC

Good them plenty big enough,,,,, for little stop nets ,,,,you can just use purse net pegs All my stop nets are on pegs. TC

I fished for a living for 15 years and had some really scary moments. The last one, we were fishing the bar of an estuary in the night and it blew up harder than forecast. it was blowing 5 to 6 with some really strong gusts. The net got fast and we had to go out over the bar to get it, the waves were 20ft high and curling, we caught one side on and it tipped the boat up on its side. How we did not flip I will never know, I fell on the gunnels, the net bin and my mate fell on top of me breaking 3 ribs. That was the last straw I had enough the sea won, it would be only a matter of time before so
