    Nope, most people have their guns in an upright position. Look at the position of gun safes, gun display cabinets etc.... Try to re-zero, then stand it on its end fir a couple of days again. If it all goes to cock again, I would say the scope is more likely to buggered than the gun, but it could be that it may need a refil as Garf said. Good luck and let us know how you get on wont you?     Sounds like that your problem! How long was it between shooting her? Springers like to be held a certain way and after not shooting her for a while, your likely to need a bit more practise I know if I shoot my springer regularly, my shots are consistant, put her away for a couple of weeks and I need a fair bit of time on the paper to bring myself up to speed again Phantom

    Nowt wrong with AAF's Bloody good pellets However I tend to use FX 16 Grain pellets these days, they are a very good alternative and a quid or so cheaper. which when buying in .22 soon adds up. But granted, I get better groupings (or at least I used to, but only by a few mm) with AAF's. H&N FTT are also another quality pellet Phantom
