I have a t-bolt in .17hmr and my mate has a .22wmr, my rifle only weighs about 4-5lbs and his weighs around 4lbs heavier, mine is composite and his wood stock, his barrel also seems a lot beefier, so could be that. I have an ASE mod and he has a Sak mod, the hmr is defiantly quieter, again this could just be the difference in the mods. I'm right on the money out to 150 yds+ on a calm day and he seems to struggle over 100yds, this could be our different capabilities, rounds etc, but I'm certainly sticking hmr.

Just been talking to my mate who owns a shop at the end of the road, and he wont be affected, its the supermarkets that will feel the brunt of it. His price marked spirits £14.49 etc fall within the limits, 26 units = £13, the only thing going up really is cheap high alcohol, as said before £4 will become £11, drinkers will still drink no matter what, like us smokers, they tax tobacco to high hell, but we still smoke. The tax then pays for our chemo, before ya start moaning. So I'm cracking open the gin early as its my birthday soon, chin chin old beans

Yup I'll be taking the wagon over the border and filling it, I can still make a profit and every one gets cheap booze, no problems, more money for me

I'm pretty much the same, I generally come back with more than I went with, I can't bear to throw things away, my workshop in and around resembles a junk yard, but it might come in handy one day ?

I don't know, maybe it could be a good thing, as we know some cultures in the UK are very controlling, so could be used against them? That said as often is the way it will be used at every drop of the hat, Nanny state at its best. -

As long as it is armoured and not pyro yes, you'll be taking it down eight inch or so to put a gland on, cw glands are the water proof ones.

Yes, gland it off and use a galvanised t box. If ya want to get complicated, I'd ask what size cable and how many legs, and don't forget local isolation on both, what size Rcd is it and what rating? You don't want to know that bit though I bet ?

Good stainless on sinks and washer drums, is a pig to work with, but if ya have the know how like Griff, is very useful.
