Yes they are. Highways are roads, bridleways and footpaths. A public footpath is classed as a public place, so yes you could be in trouble with having a loaded weapon in a public place, however a footpath is not a highway nor a carrage way, byway country road ect... They are listed under the highways department, a footpath isn't. If I'm wrong then you can have my Jim'll fix it badge....

It's 50ft from the center of highway/carrage way. Footpaths are not classed as highways, so common sense should kick in if your going to shoot/zero in from a public footpath. Just be careful who is near you when you discharge the round, I.e ramblers!

It's clear there is a massive amount of jealousy over a few on here who clearly have got dogs catching high numbers. I like reading their posts, and It's great to see dogs catching that amount in one outing, well done, but why oh why pick faults with their dogs, owners, land and ratios!

I've NEVER taught my dogs to jump, they would follow and make their own way over, under or through. Yes they got caught many a time on fences, however as they get older, stronger and wiser they soon learn the only way is up.

I can actually see a series of this on Sky TV if you know which buttons to press. Very nice clip there, it's good to see a large group of hunters working as a TEAM in such a large wooded area. They must know where each person is before they fire a shot. People have tried these documentarys many times before here in England, Jacks Hunt did a series,and I suppose in it's day was ok. Its the law to have a co2 detector in the same room as your stove, it came in as a law in 2010, its in the building regs, its a fine here if you dont have one and get caught, and if you cause someones death by not having one in your home, then the shit can hit the fan big time This I was told when I rang our local building regs department when my next doors said I had to have my chimney lined for it to be legal I'm not sure how correct this is, but I THINK if the stove is below 7kw then one isn't needed? I think you have to have one to comply with the HETAS certificate. I pi
