how much is a bag of coal over there artic.we pay 17. for a 40kg bag here. j. Around 500kg for £90 house coal.

I can get coal pretty cheap. What brand of smokeless coal are you using? Again I used house coal in the open fire, but don't want to use this in the stove.

When I had an open fire I used both wood and coal together. Now with the stove and liner i'm just burning wood. Have read that wood and coal is a no no, then others say it's ok??

For all the multi fuel stove owners, what do you burn to get efficient performance? Coal and wood, or either one alone?

A few days ago I was with a friend travelling up the A1 to buy some fowl, how many did we count from the A1 which is a good place to spot wildlife? None. As I travelled back south and nearer my county I lost count of the amount of hares, to be honest I was fed up of counting them! Not seen any decline what so ever here.

There have been times when certain mods have been reading pointless threads, i.e threads that get out of control, slagging matches or obscene pictures have been posted, and no positive action has been taken. Just an observation....... Most do a cracking job!

I've a L200, great vehicles, lots of room in the back for dogs and equipment, also keeps the bad smells, mud and blood away from the cab area. Been literally everywhere with it, and as I type it made it to france no problems! I also have a Defender XS 90, another vehicle that has come along way on the production line. Again all this year it has been taken through its paces (lots of deep water included) even had a beast hanging off the rear tyre whilst pulling away in over two feet of swampy mud/sand/rocks.
