I got the priests to bless my house, it's quite a scary process Did it work? is there a difference between blessing the house and an exorcism? Yes Dan for sure! Did the house become quiet afterwards then and has it stayed that way and was there a reason behind the "haunting" like a previous event or death sorry for all the questions but just really curious There was Dan, wouldn't like to say on here, however having Padre here did the trick.

For fishing no problem, I wear a little especially when I'm trotting a line, however people who wear cammo at Game Fairs....well that makes me chuckkle each and everytime I see it.

It was around 1am, I had just returned from a friends house, and saw both our cats inside the cottage. Now these two cats were born off the farm and I kept two. They grew up practically as strays, very independent and became very good hunters, I would see them whilst out lamping stalking hedge rows! They would come home when it suited them for some feed and milk,. Sometimes I would not see these two for weeks on end. I did enjoy their company when they were at home. I have tried golfcourses in the past, I think many have wheather they admit to it or not. I couldn't get on with it, forever walking the course prior to going out in the evening picking up rakes, balls, sand bags ect.... whippet or no whippet they are dangerous to work, the risks are out there all the time. I have shot hundreds of rabbits from golf courses, and high numbers can be achieved in a quick session if your eye is in. If you have a job to do to clear them, then a dog to complete the job would never be an option for me.

I had a Spectrum ZX and Atari right up untill 1990, then after that I owned a Nintendo 64, gave up in the end and went for Wii.

Strange happenings do exist, I suppose unless you have witnessed something happen then all the storys you hear or read will be laughed at. I lived in a very old cottage, I had to sell up in the end because of the regular hauntings happening within.

The glass will slighty discolour, especially when burning at low temp. I have found this only happens on over night burning. My stove has a good air wash system. I can burn all day leaving a clear glass. What I found to clean the glass is a little damp newspaper dipped in ash. Rub this in and watch how the glass clears and it does not scratch it either.

It happens, no matter how much training you put in a young dog, there comes a time when all your training seems to be ignored by the dog, they do what they want to do, just like a spoilt little boy. It makes you feel disheartened, a failure. I would strip the dog down, go straight back to basics, one to one in a confined area and begin the retrieving programme untill the dog understands to play the game again.

is that peat briqittes your on about artic. j. Yes Jetro. Do you find the heat is better than smokeless and stays? peat briqittes is not the same as turf. briqittes are made in a factory out of peat dust. there is good heat from them but they dont last long at all. we burn little or no coal here. but i find the smokeless gives off better heat and lasts longer. j. Better off with coal then for overnight burning.
