  2. some bull terrier types some as small as 16-23in, even if a 18in dog was used to a 25 in grey. You still get a big variation in the litter [big+small]
  3. No, but be [very careful] the dogs sound if they could be [jealous]. Make sure the dogs are always with a adult , when the baby is there. It might take awhile [6-8 weeks], keep an eye on it
  4. That or kron, its fighting fuel, after 6pints Beer is safer
  5. He will have some [competition] with your 3/8 bullx bitch next season. He is a power-house mate.
  6. when I looked at the pic I thought why isnt the dog in it if it caught them?? the lamps there but not the dog, weird. got to agree with you about the waste 17 daytime runs would be way better to watch then 17 on the lamp and I bet the end result would be a lot differnt as in not as many hares in the pic! Ok if pest control, and we all have lamped a few some time or other.? But would the dog - dogs catch 7 day time solo , i feckin doubt it.? Ive got a 1x collie thats got the bumped into the odd 2-3 in the lamp, could he have got them in the day , same as the one got the 17 in the l

    LAMPING

Yes ,but [not] slipping when the other dog as the rabbit. 1st it could run into the other dog, 2nd you will feck up retrieve on both dog+pup in the end. Once the pup seen the other dog in the lamp a few times. Take it on its own, and [if] it does catch [1] you will more chance of it to retrieve, with just you there.? All my lurchers that i have started in the lamp, all caught on there[ own.] And it as worked for me the last 25 years.
  10. Very good, hunting at its most natural . I think a few on here would not like, the way colliexs hold back, before they the grab the fox.? They did a good job, at controling hill foxes. As been said before, colliexs can make good fox dogs.
  11. Yes they can catch rabbits, i had 1/4 bull 3/4 grey and he was good on rabbits. But i think it is a waste of a dog, with this breeding. They are bred for tougher things than a 2lb rabbit really
  12. Yes you start to see it about now, every feckin year . Its a feckin cruel to see it . Wankers
  13. 1x Bullx grey to 1x Bullx grey , yes mate. Like you say , it sounds on paper a good % x .
  14. Had 1/4 bull 3/4 grey, and 3/8 bull 5/8 grey. Both good dogs, and were 26ins 70-77lb. The Reckon a [line bred] 1x bull grey, is a good % if it comes out right.? With the bull+grey on both sides. dont know if there would be much differnce from a [line bred 1x] ans a 3/8 bull 5/8 grey ??

    ANDY MURRAY

Spot on , But as Becker +others have said, he is only 23 and he will get better. But so will the [Other]players. And as Becker said last night, you have to [take] your chance when you can. And he didnt when it counted. And dont forget with out [Nadel] there as well, it would have been harder still. He had his[Chance] and he didnt take it, he might not [get] another one.
  21. Spot on, Even from good working parents, you just never know. If you get a good temp, and it bonds with you. If it gives 100% on any quarry, and they [dont] catch+kill everythig.?? Thats all you can Ask for.
  22. for what people say after seenig him or seeing pics, deerhound greyhound and bedlington in some order. what do you think is in there mate? Maybe just deerhound, grey, whippet, thats dropped size down a bit, not so sure beddy in there.?
  23. No you wouldnt.... please please lets not go through all this again!! It has been said a 1000 times on here already. There are a lot of farmer lads on here also, and its there livelyhood... Its this in a [NUT-SHELL] if you take your dog-dogs in the countryside, you keep them on a lead. A Farmer or Landowner, [CAN NOT] Shoot your dog-dogs if on a lead FACT. If he did he shoot while on there leads , he would be in DEEP SHIT, and it would cost him a load of money[through the courts].
