Well deff nice size 24in, old Bryn I had was 25 in he was spot on as well 24-25 in nice for a lurcher, but in saying that big old Buck 28in 88lb, it never stopped him picking rabbits up, his best bag 38, and lot 15-20s, that's good for a big dog. Nice x beddyx grey, or beddyxgreyx collie x grey, that good x as well did like wheaten xs as well, but some can be bit sharp with other dogsl. I know what you mean skinning more than a dozen, it gets fookin pain more than that, I did get few for bloke once that kept eagle owl, he have couple of me in there fur, but if for self 12 plenty.

Nowthis is the shocker you think after that time my lungs be good, ok better than smokers , but there still fooken scared mate , that damage there for life , it prob get me in the end, i am 72 in aug

Now my Buck 1x gsd x grey was far better in the lamp than my colliexs , had
  14. yeh, but O'Sullivan is the best ever thats played this game no doubt about it, and he knows by the reaction of any crowd where he plays, thats he very well liked as player fact. But as a man, i not keen on him, but like been said he deff keeps the game afloat, just like Ali did in the 60s - 80s in the boxing , most people back then, didn't this trash talk he came out with more so this white/ black stuff etc. But he was best , and same as O'Sullivan , you love his magic he brings to the game deff, even if you want to see him beat . lol ps no help on my post then .?

Now it either the breeder put them, hoping it tug at your apron strings etc, or there some cruel sad fookers out there dumping them , if they didn't want them , should hand them in to pound, at least they die quick , not freezing death slowly .

  20. they deff are dangerous dog in the wrong hands , about 15 months there was bloke who had one big black male, not docked ears or tail, but like been said huge head, prpb as tall as Buck 28in, but easy 11 st= 150lb , this fookin thing dwarfed Buck. he had on a lead, i was walking past him, and i was really nervous of it, it would have killed Buck or me no prob . the bloke said that he never have a males in that breed, said have bitch next time easier to live with , i could see that. now not seen it for long while, but you get lot of idiots who , will always have there dogs loose, and the w
  21. like what Aussie Whip says, the acd are a top guard dog, the kelpie seem to be more of the alround cattle/ sheep dogs, but lot farmers had couple loose on there stations farms as guard dogs , so acd x collie or back to kelpie be great guard, any herding type x make great guards , ive always said one of the best guard dogs i ever seen was big black gsd x collie , on chain in the day, but at night loose, you didnt poach his ground lol, that fooker would rip you to pieces , 75lb teeth on you , you have to shoot 1st.

Same as Trunk on here breeds collie x pit greys line bred, use what ticking the boxes on his fox control in Ireland. Iam on a Oz site, where bloke working pit x grey x mastiffx greys, types. He go back to pure greys, when want bit more speed, he plenty power grit. He works wild pigs, foxes, and rabbits, when get dogs fit. It great read, and what his dogs can do, it fookin rough at times, he lost few dogs on boars. He did have some good game bred pits, that he used in the past, and some real fit looking En
  23. Yeh, great to see, but put lamp on that lot, they soon piss off. OK you get few daft ones and get good bags, but in time rabbits soon learn light mean danger, unless you use night rifles with night scope etc, dog lamp they soon lamp shy.
  24. well said, where i lived before by weston park, rabbits numbers were low, had to travel to get good bags .But funny really that after a full season lamping with bryn i had back then, ok was getting mid 30s few nights , was getting back to my place next morning 6am after 4 hours of driving , started fed up with it doing all season. Had Buck who was bred for deer / foxes really , but i did get 38 rabbits with him one night, which i think was great for a big dog like him. i was like you going anywhere , but getting chased most nights , ok when you can run , but fookin hard as you get olde
  25. what happened to the little pom you had? i liked him lol. i am the same now mate , every about fooked on me lol, but i am 71 now, 72 next year, old Buck 11, 12 in august he ok just plods along with little woody my jack x he about 12, suppose in life nothing last for ever , carnt keep living in the past as they say, but having had lurchers 37 years , they are great type of dog to have been around deff
