About a month ago saw black tip reef sharks at Koh Bida Nok, Thailand, wanted to see leopald sharks but was eluded. Didnt rate Koh Tao, good prices for getting qualified, but very low visibilty.

I went to the weekend market there, the day before I left. Which was 2 weeks before the earthquake. The animal section of the market is surreal, they had a big fire not long before so was slightly less to see, but at every turn just wasn't sure what I'd see, which kinda sums up Bangkok

Still can in the north of France, but the aRSePCA have been known to collect UK registration plates. Im not long back from Thailand & there was game looking fowl everywhere, I was riding an elephant through the jungle & a pair of stags were at it outside a hut, the mahoot pointed at them laughing & said 'Muay Thai'!

Im getting on the rattler from here to Chumphon, then night boat to Koh Tao be there at least a week, get PADI'd up then try and get iver Krabi side. Might start a Thailand thread if there isnt one, I like hearing other peoples tales, bumping into a few characters round here in the bars, all loons!

2 planned nights at Hua Hin have now turned into 4. Agoda is finding me decent deals on digs & got some wicked blisters that are gonna appreciate a bit less traipsing, walked 100km in 6days. Old woman in this bar is wearing a police tshirt her cop brother gave her, her daughter is doing pre-rolls & the grandson in his school uniform is selling me weed, while grandmother brings it all to my table! Everyday shit here is absolutely radio rental, off the scale crazy! A week since I left France and another 4 weeks to go, over night boat to Koh Tao on Thursday.

Invaluable for spotting fish & good for driving, had Oakley ones for a couple of years kept the original fancy lenses so when I get a new prescription I can get new & give the old ones to my son, but prescription hardly changed & my work health insurance has lowered how much I get to spend on new bins. Sorry son.
