Great work Jean, I would of been there but for medical rdvz, thankfully apart from kine' these are for the most part behind me. With my former digging club we have hunted all around Limoges, once was in a city park on a Saturday, joggers, cyclists, walkers & families passed by without batting an eyelid or curiously stopped & chatted & then offered their best wishes of luck. We stopped for lunch early afternoon, the tables & chairs came out, the odd cork was popped. 8 or so in our digging club plus our host the Limoges ACCA. The deputy mayor came to meet us especially &

Listened to something that randomly popped up on the tube, some doris has piped up anon' saying she and him were drug mules for the rave event that he went to the island for & the 30k is to pay for the missing bag, then he'll be released. The bird interviewed was meant to be the recruiter. North Africrans so the story goes. f**k about & find out I guess. Or just conspiracy hoaxers.

I had a 9mm single bolt one, but cashed it in as someone was desperate & couldnt find one. Got given a 12mm single bolt & a bag of cartridge fairly recently as the fella was paranoid about having it around & grandkids etc (no cabinet) only ever put one cartridge through it. The garden guns are quite popular over here where lots of folk have a kitchen garden. Best gun ive had & most fun was my investarm folding o/u .410 when ferreting.

Tried stinging nettle tea for the 1st time today, was a lot better than I anticipated. Going to endeavour to have a cup a day for a few weeks. I found lions mane on a fallen oak at mine a few years ago, sliced & fried in garlic butter it was handsome in baguette, I had an amazing nights sleep & the next day I felt like a fog had lifted from my brain, similar to post psilocybin. The oak has never fruited the lions mane again unfortunately. Done a fair bit, gun packs mainly. Yeh these physios all come from the south. Think it must be great money up here for them, bit like all the South African vets at one time in the UK. A lad who used to come on here lived at the very south of France, (think he's in Spain now) his kids were learning Catalan from an early age in school. Could do with a little road trip down your way before it gets too hot.

Carnivore! My French oral is decent, far better than 99.9% of the expats beside me. Often get asked where did I learn French like that, did I have lessons etc. Truth is it was from hunting 3+ days a week with the locals, many a time I would be on the periphery not understanding except for the odd word, but laughed when they did (as I found them funny lol) & everyday was a school day. Then went to working full time with French. Can read a bit of French ok, but lacking & my written is poor. Id like to learn Spanish, but the speed they speak it, jeez! My physio is Spanish, unfor
