  1. It's a LARGEST RAT competition, not most rats, just take a picture of your biggest rat laid out straight next to a tape measure.
  2. You tell him Georgia Oh, and runforyourlife, i think you'll find if you mess with Georgia, your gonna end up living up to your name.
  3. Probably mixi, which won't hurt your ferrets, but i wouldn't give mine something that i didn't know how it died.
  4. The next generation are learning quick, gotta teach him that colt 45s are not really the weapon of choice on rabbits though.
  5. I'd be careful with your spelling, unless your trying to tell us something LMAO Very quick stubbs! I read this before but never picked up on that.
  6. Ok, so this idea is maybe not one of your best, BUT at least you had an idea, it's easy for people to slag off new ideas and say that there are tried and tested ways of doing something, we used to get around perfectly well on horses, so no need for cars then??? The first mobile phones were laughed at, too big, to heavy no need for them, too expensive, Not laughed at anymore though. Maybe in this case the tried and tested way will be the best way ever, but unless you have people like JBS you'll never know for sure. Better luck with your next invention.
  7. Why the left leg? what difference does it make what leg?
  8. Absolutely tragic, My thoughts go out to you and your family. RIP Wee Man.
  9. It is unusually early, BUT there seems to be quite a few people that have said their jills are coming into season, strange. Maybe something to do with the numbers that are being kept nowadays, they are becoming ever more popular.
  10. Goes to show, a LAB will eat anything, even a whole deer.
  11. I wear the exact same boots as them, they are the dogs bollocks totally waterproof, comfy and light, someone will get a bargin.
  12. looks good enough to be a pre ban coursing dog to me, good luck with your sale fella. What happened last time you sold him?
  13. Yes, your right about no kitts being about this time of year, well not normally but there have been a couple of people on here saying there jills are coming into season, but generally no kitts till spring, adult ferrets maybe ok to introduce to your pup, depending on there background and temprement,a nip on the pups nose probably aint a bad thing, it'll keep him away from the ferts, but you don't want him to be scared of them because they gotta work together, best if you can find a fert that is used to dogs, i've got a couple here, but i'm a bit far away, keep an eye on the ads, i'm sure someo
  14. LMAO, sure will send him your love. Should of Bloody known.
  15. Thanks Bimmer, I agree a dog is a dog, but a sofa is only so big, and if the missus can't get on it cause of the dogs i get it in the ear But joking aside, i don't think i need anything much bigger for the job in hand, Although I'm willing to listen to advice, I'm not looking to "move up" to anything bigger than rabbits, so all suggestions welcome.
  16. Thanks Tyla, i've asked for it to be moved, just waiting for the powers that be.
  17. At the momment i have 7 ferrets, 3 of which seem to be making the grade, 2 are the kids pets, and 2 that i think ill be going to pet homes (have to see how they come on), I also have a Border that is keen as mustard, and is doing a good job of bushing and holding while the rabbit is in the net if i'm busy with another. So far a good team i think, but on my latest permision i have a large warren in the middle of a field, about 40yrds to the nearest cover,it's a bank of old mud and rocks about 2.5 meters flat across at the top, and about 60 meters long, so i'm looking for a dog that can catch t
  18. I think you mean one dead no good thief, and one unlucky lad in prison. But i do agree be sensible about it. Ie: Don't get caught.
  19. Damn, thought this was under the for sale section. :11: :11:
  20. Didn't think you could change it in xp, your probably better off learning the 24hr clock.
  21. To be fair, the pumps can be quite hard work, but a lot of them come with a filter to reduce moisture, the esiest way is by using a divers bottle, which will be filled with dry air, i personally use the pump (don't mind a bit of physical) and like you i was a bit put off pcp's because they seemed like a lot of hassle, but once you are set up to charge your gun, it's a piece of cake and you'll never look back. I also have a gunpower stealth, but no adaptor for my pump so i take the bottle to my local gunshop and they charge it for 80p (300+ shots)
  22. HW97 is a well rated gun, although i have never used one myself. Don't dismiss pcp's, how many shots do you take on a day out? I have a HW100t now, i bought the gun, a spare air cylinder, pump, hawk 3-9x44 sight, gun bag, lamp and laser and 5 tins of pellets for £450, and it was all as new, so there are some good second hand deals out there. And the gun is the mutts nuts, best i've ever owned. It's better than me. I'd at least try out a pcp, if you don't like them, then go for your springer. Good luck with your choice
  23. Doubt his Jills will be coming into season for a while yet, unless they are kept indoors of course. But good on ya for trying to rehome the little blighter, i took on a lost ferret my friend had found and he's now my top hunter.

    Please Help

Sorry to hear about your dog mate, I'll keep my eyes and ears peeled, i have permission around that area. Hope you get her back.
  25. yep i know and the law has just changed on getting them as well The law on number plates is B*ll*cks, the DVLA sell plates that could spell names and then the law fines you if you space them out to make them work.
