I find it admirable that they are quick to offer a repair or a replacement / refund when put under pressure by unhappy customers.
But are they honouring the offer?
It doesn't sound good with many claims of leaky rifles. If that's the case then I can see why it's a fortnight turn around for repairs!!
Their QC really needs to step it up. Especially when you are paying top whack for the HW100.
Having to return a rifle several times for the initial problem not to be rectified is poor.
How are you getting on VM?
