  1. The bells........The bells........... Good going lads
  2. BSA SAS mod and its threaded. 197 grams
  3. The mods sleeve fit not screw chris. But if it won't fit the barrel it won't be any use as you know. I will check and the offer stands. Atb
  4. I'm not sure about small but carbon would be an option and something you will pay through the nose for. I think the HW is a light silencer compared to some. I have a BSA silencer here. Not sure which model without looking but it claims to be "one of the quietest available!!" If I get time tommorow I will weigh it and measure what barrel size it's for (it fits a S10 if you know the size) If it's any use to you and as it's for the young lad you can have it.
  5. Some folk just don't have a clue.
  6. Have a read of the pinned topic in the general talk section Paul. It may help
  7. Agreed. I got a call once from a Local Council, their own PCO's had said no, the Refuse Collection (outsourced) had said no... The job? Pick a very rotten dead fox out of a ditch on Parish land, all and sundry had said no. I made £50 for 10 minutes smelly work. had a few of those. Scooping soup into a bag.
  8. Good going chris and a nice write up. I think it's more the technique with the caller. But I can only get a high pitched squawk from the one I have.
  9. If that last bit's your attitude towards safety then I'm glad you live a very long way from me. how's it going fella.
  10. You must have clicked one of the font codes. Sorted. They sound promising.
  11. don't be using this quote on your FAC application
  12. Nothing a spit and a polish won't sort.
  13. Hi Daniel. All the help you require has already been put on in the above reply's.
  14. Not as I'm aware. I have studs fit to a S10 walnut stock and not had any problems. Even though the fore end of the stock is fairly thin. If you use the right size pilot hole for the stud it will be ok.
  15. Muzzle velocity and projectile weight?
  16. No!! I do own and wear a cammo coat but it was for the jacket style why I got it. Not the pattern. A drab grey or olive would have been fine. I wear all-sorts of colours and it works for me. More often than not it's your movement that gives the game away. I suppose it has it's advantages if static shooting or hide shooting but only if your outline is broken and your movement concealed. I always stick my cammo gear on for lamping though
  17. I think there's far too much thinking going on
