  1. I do think PTS is the right option, but like has been said they need more than one chance before you decide, they're not robots.
  2. Shit news Brog, was she related to the dog you got from up here?
  3. For the one's that say they'd keep it in their yard, what about if, like many terrierlads, you only have space for 2 or 3 dogs? Surely if your keeping one or two dogs that are shite but you can't part with them for sentimental reasons then you're defeating the object of keeping dogs for the job you want. Personally I wouldn't like to think i was keeping three dogs but only using one, a good saying I've heard is 'it cost's the same to feed a bad 'un as it does a good 'un'.
  4. Paki getting a wash- Asif
  5. Sounds suspicious Liam, it says on the BBC/Philpott thing that 'badger diggers' use interent forums to discuss their dogs so they will be on here (and Facebook) hoping to gain more info...there's only one thing for them...
  6. Nice and easy one for you and keeps the farmer happy...
  7. They just know how to make a killing on them by charging stupid prices. in hindsight I wish I'd bought a few of the casings while they were available for peanuts.
  8. We've had two or three bigger than average dog foxes this season, nice to see they're eating well...
  9. I got my first one in 2006 and it was £293, both box and collar still working despite the usual wear and tear.
  10. They're no Nuttalls, they're owned by a well known Welsh net maker...
  11. I agree with Mudd, a waffler can be worse than a spewer.
  12. The older lads I used to go out with still use them on occasion, like everyone knows though the collars can die on you at the worst times, I prefer the bellman just for reliability more than anything else. But I'd say the old debens are the best for pin point accuracy at the end of a dig if you're struggling to locate a tube...
  13. If you been in terriers for ten years why have you got someone else's dogs as your avatar?
  14. Good move mate, I think all the numpties that post shit on here and only ever reply on topics with stupid remarks should be removed full stop. This would probably mean about 90% of posters though lol.
  15. Mosby is that the first one you've had that's a strange colour? Good pic.
  16. Just beat me to it Lonedigga, last season dog marked a 3 holer earth in a sheep field,so dropped him in, he went in about 6 foot, then could see him pulling and tugging something, so opened up a bit and he had hold of a live lamb that was wedged in tight.Had me and my mate very puzzled as you can imagine...
