  1. I agree with Mudd, a waffler can be worse than a spewer.
  2. The older lads I used to go out with still use them on occasion, like everyone knows though the collars can die on you at the worst times, I prefer the bellman just for reliability more than anything else. But I'd say the old debens are the best for pin point accuracy at the end of a dig if you're struggling to locate a tube...
  3. If you been in terriers for ten years why have you got someone else's dogs as your avatar?
  4. Good move mate, I think all the numpties that post shit on here and only ever reply on topics with stupid remarks should be removed full stop. This would probably mean about 90% of posters though lol.
  5. Mosby is that the first one you've had that's a strange colour? Good pic.
  6. Just beat me to it Lonedigga, last season dog marked a 3 holer earth in a sheep field,so dropped him in, he went in about 6 foot, then could see him pulling and tugging something, so opened up a bit and he had hold of a live lamb that was wedged in tight.Had me and my mate very puzzled as you can imagine...
  7. nice mate like the black lad That black pup is a nice looking dog Lukey, fingers crossed mate...
  8. Sounds like he just needs showing the ropes if he's young and shown the error of his ways.
  9. The first ones were £290 for the full package when they first come out, this is going back 6 or 7 year so I reckon £180 or thereabouts is a fair price. ps- are there still spare parts for the old collars from bellman? i.e. casing and o-ring?
  10. Nice to see your getting them still Brog. Prime fox weather now...
  11. I'd be keeping the spare one FTB, if your's breaks at least you'll have another to fall back on rather than shelling out top dollar for another.A mate of mine got out of the game about 16 months ago and offered me his new bellman box and collar (rechargeable one) for £150, I had his f*****g arm off. Still haven't used the box but it's there should mine break...
  12. Used one of these two pieces today that my mate bought off flying fox, they are a good bit of kit and do the job which is the main thing. It's the first time I've seen one go together like this one did (nut and bolt), the one i've got is a screw together type one, but it didn't budge once the nut was in and IMO the handle was fine to get a grip on. The boxes look spot on too, I'll havto save some pennies up before I get one though lol. ps. Erik, it's not as easy to go about you're business digging in England as it might be over where you are so discretion is the key.
  13. What does that include Buster? One of mine is cracked around the side and the bit that slides up and down to turn it on and off has a bit snapped off, will they do the lot for £?
  14. There's still some good fellas about, good on ya Buster.
  15. Pups were 7 month and 12 weeks in the pics, now almost 11 month and 16 weeks.
  16. It turned out smaller than he'd hoped, so it went to a keeper for fox work I believe.
  17. Yes mate, but it's not for me to put them up as I don't own them.
  18. Two pups I'm looking forward to starting next season, , first pic's a dog, second pic's a bitch...
  19. Nice one Brog, fox looks very dark coloured? Or is it just the pic?
